We enjoyed our late August stay in the Finger Lakes Region. The location was great for visiting Watkins Glen State Park, Ithaca, and Corning. The property is beautiful overlooking the lake. Lots of places to sit outside. The home was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed.

Great Fall weekend

My wife and I enjoyed a weekend trip in the Finger Lakes. The guest house was perfect for our late fall trip. Very convenient to popular wineries and not to far to Ithaca, Watkins Glen and Geneva. The guest house was very clean and updated with all modern conveniences. The property was very quiet and we hope to make many more trips here in the future.

Very nice property and extremely clean and convenient. Had a wonderful time. Would have given the property 5 stars but I am 6'4" and i bumped my head on the upstairs slanted ceilings at least a dozen times.

Cool and comfy in the Finger Lakes

This home is clean and very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful grounds. Traffic on road is pretty risky for walking to wineries, at least for us ladies. Be aware that the attached house creates some noise. (T.V and talking). Overall we had a great time.

This brand new cottage was very clean and beautifully decorated; a great starting point for visiting family in Auburn and the Cayuga wineries. Bedrooms are very roomy and really like the en suite bathrooms.

The cottage was extremely clean and well-maintained. No surprises! The property is easily walkable with a very pretty pond. You can see Lake Cayuga from the cottage. There is a small beachfront with a fire pit. Overall, relaxing and comfortable stay!

Wonderful property! Completely updated and well appointed. Beautiful property (cherry trees, quiet meadow, grassy fields, yet right across the street from Cayuga Lake with private beach access). Owners are the friendliest, sweetest people and live on property, but across the street so never felt any intrusion. Attention paid to every detail inside and outside. Highly recommend this property.

Don’t hesitate, book here now!

First of all, Lisa and Neil are amazing and extremely nice hosts! You go through their property manager to book, but they live near by and ensure there are no issues with your stay! The property is amazing! The guest house itself is spacious and uses the space so well. The rooms are big, bathrooms in each. The scenery on property is amazing enough, but then venture down to your private lake front area and experience peace and relaxation on beautiful Cayuga Lake! One other note, we lost power the first night due to weather and a whole house generator kicked on!! What a perk! The owners still stopped by to make sure we were good as they didn’t even have power in their own cottage! Don’t think about it, book now! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you again Lisa and Neil!
