Loved the clean, new feel to the house. Amenities were superb. King bed could use an upgrade mattress though. Little saggy and squeaky. We loved spending our weekend here!

Lovely Stay

The property was everything we needed for a couples wine weekend. Clean, spacious, equipped with everything you can think of. The open kitchen/living area worked great for relaxing and enjoying conversations after taking advantage of nearby wineries. Wish the weather was a little warmer to take advantage of the beautiful deck with lake view.

We found a Treasure!

Search no further this is an exceptional rental!! We wanted an updated, clean comfortable place, suitable for entertaining and accommodating a visit with our son who attends Hobart College along with his group of friends. We found the perfect home with surrounding views of Seneca Lake(only 19 minutes away from campus). It offers comfort, spacious rooms with quality decor that tells you that you are being very well taken care of. The main area has space for cooking with at least 4 different stations to accommodate several chefs and their big personalities! 6 very comfortable, well-made handsome bar-stools at the island that is intimate enough for cross conversations as well as large enough for sampling the tapas and eating entrees all at the same time. This is not an island that will feel overcrowded. Meanwhile the rest of the group enjoyed the well furnished open space for living room entertainment. Large deep-cushioned, very comfortable couches, ready for watching sports and eventually late-night movie watching. Everything is new, clean and comfortable. The appliances are smart technology, ample Iron Clad pots & pans, Williams Sonoma dishes. We felt very well taken care of! Everyone was impressed and wanting to return for the fire-pit and beach!! I cannot say enough about this find, other than we will be back again and again for next 4 years to see these boys graduate! Thank you Cate you are so good at what you do in managing this beautiful rental! Responsive & thoughtful.
