Great location and very quiet. The house was comfy and the amenities were appreciated. Being right on the lake was amazing and the provided kayaks were wonderful to pop out on the lake at any given time.

Extended family weekend

Finger lakes region is a unique place with plenty to offer. This lake house was clean updated with all lake house essentials kayaks, floaties and barbecue grill. Located central cayuga wine country between downtown Seneca Falls and Ithaca. Would stay again.

Perfect mini getaway

My husband and I decided on a last minute honey moon. Our only regret was not staying longer! We had so much fun visiting tons of wineries, sitting by the lake and fishing, and just relaxing! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful property with us- we will be back!

We loved the house as well as the lake view and access. Everything was clean and well-taken care of. We didn’t have any issues where we needed to contact the owners. The only complaint we had is that there weren’t more food options in the area.

Girls Wine Trip

The house was in a perfect location for our girls wine trip. Booking and checking in was easy. The street was quiet and peaceful. We were able to have a boat pick us up from the dock. The weather didn’t allow us time to enjoy the outside amenities, but there are kayaks for use and a fire pit. Excellent stay that we all very much enjoyed! The house was clean and ready for our check in.

Family stay on Cayuga

Lovely house that was perfectly appointed for us. Clean, fun, not too “precious” with delicate things everywhere. Weather was beautiful as was the view property managers were over quick to fix a leaky pipe and a hornets nest.

A beautiful lake getaway

The house was the perfect location for our Finger Lakes vacation. Being right in the water made for beautiful views morning and night, as well as easy access to the water to kayak and swim. The house had everything we needed, including chairs to use on the deck and at the water's edge. After exploring the Finger Lakes during the day, we enjoyed coming "home" to the lake house. neesed

Long weekend in the Finger Lakes

My wife and I had our first trip to the Finger Lakes. We wanted a waterfront property and found this house available. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a great trip. Unfortunately the weather turned cold and rainy a few days so we only had one day to enjoy the back deck and the views. The property isn't in town and we liked that the area around it wasn't very populated. Nice and quiet stay. The property managers kept us informed on all matters and we didn't need them for anything but feel like they were available if we did.

Comfortable lake house with a view

Six adult women friends slept comfortably in this house for a long weekend. The full bathroom on first floor had a great shower and was roomy. Most of our awake time was spent traveling to various wineries and breweries in the area. There are many! We walked to a couple nearby. It was a bit windy and cool so we didn’t get to enjoy the deck and fire pit as we would have liked, but the kitchen table offered a nice view of the lake. The neighbor was friendly and checked in on us upon arrival. She gave us extra coffee and filters, but we did find filters on day 2 tucked away in a drawer. I, personally, would have enjoyed staying an extra couple of days to further explore the area. Would definitely choose this house again.

We had a great time while staying at this cottage. We really loved being right on the lake and having 4 kayaks for the family to use. My boys loved taking nightly kayak adventures after dinner and fishing right off the dock.

June vaca

This house was perfect for our family of 4! We absolutely loved the location right on the lake and used the kayaks and fire pit. We saw beautiful sunrises and enjoyed the peacefulness of the lake during our stay.

Everything was as described and clean. The only negative-if you can call this a negative- is that there was no stash of plastic wrap or foil to wrap leftovers and no salt and pepper. Every place we have rented on VRBO had these.
