「The hotel was old and not well maintained. Bathroom was awful. Bed was like sleeping on concrete. Ask for mattress topper to soften mattress. Staff were unhelpful, unfriendly and very little English. I know advertised as budget but not acceptable」
「Property was ok for the price . Lot of shopping and street food walking distance from hotel . Book the room and pay extra charge for breakfast to be included. When I try to have breakfast later during my stay, the staff denied that breakfast wasn’t included and all I wanted was coffee which I wasn’t able to get . Which breakfast wasn’t worth the price I had to pay extra anyways cause there were only few cereal , coffee , bread and fruits not worth the extra charge I had to pay which I got denied...
「Property needs some work, The 'S' from Sita has fallen of the face of the building making it look quite sad, there's a trick to keeping power in your room by needing to move the card and room access needs a couple of swiped, the staff were lovely and the pool was great! No coffee/kettle in room but they are in hotel, just means you have to go out. A good hotel if you need a simple room but you can get better bang for buck elsewhere.」
