「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Un lieu très joli et bien entretenu. Une chambre spacieuse et agréable même si quelques marques d'usures étaient perceptibles. Nous avons eu des voisins bruyants et non respectueux des espaces de vie (cigarette et alcool dans la piscine par exemple) et aucun membre du personnel n'a réagi car la piscine ne ferme pas et il n'y a donc pas de surveillance dans cet espace. Le personnel reste cependant très accueillant. 」

「Villa Barbara is a well appointed villa, very comfortable and well equipped. It is ideally located for easy walking access to Spiaggia Brema, the old town and the new town and has a useful dedicated parking area. 「The staff was wonderful. The check-in process was fast and simple. We felt we were at home and felt very comfortable with our kids free to walk around the resort grounds. The two pools were amazing. 「Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. The lobby is dated and tired. At peak check-in hours, there is a long line and only one reception staff.
