En el apt 1 Encontramos Puerta de baño está a rota y desmontada al lado del lavamanos, más allá de estar rota es un tema de seguridad. Lampara sin bombilla 💡 y piso del apartamento sucio. No contábamos con las toallas necesarias. Escribimos y nunca nos contestaron luego de hacer el check in.

The view from the rooms is outstanding. The back of the property faces directly Ronda's El Tajo. The terrace is a gorgeous spot to sit after a days worth of walking and sip some Rioja. The communication with the hotel is via WhatsApp and email. There is no reception, so make sure you provide working email and/or phone number because otherwise you won't know how to access the property. There is a restaurant on site but it wasn't working during our visit

Em primeiro lugar não é um hotel, é um Airbnb, o quarto é amplo, muito espaçoso com cozinha, porém como não tem ninguém as fechaduras são todas com segredos e não tem trava por dentro para segurança, sendo assim a sensação de insegurança na hora de dormir foi grande, os lençóis tinha marcas de uso (cabelo e areia) de outros hóspedes, não foram trocados

Wow!! Our balcony is looking onto the beautiful gorge. We are steps from the center and parking was an easy ~5 minute walk. The hotel is updated and renovated and clean. The views are spectacular.

What a view.

One of the most amazing views I have ever had from a rented stay. The balcony was right over the gorge. Nice size room and clean. Location great. The only complaint were the thin walls which means you can hear everyword of neighbors. But I found this to be a Spain thing.

El apartamento esta muy bien en general, espacioso, y sobretodo con una ubicacion inmejorable, las vistas del tajo de Ronda son de cuento de hadas; al amanecer te despiesta el canto de los pajaros que vuelan entre las rocas. Es verdad que el estractor del cuarto de baño suena mucho, y en la entrada y en la habitacion habían manchas de humedad, aunque estando allí vinieron a ver estas ultimas para pintarlas.

Más céntrico imposible.

Lo mejor del apartamento es su ubicación -INMEJORABLE - La TV no se . Los utensilios de cocina son súper básicos . La cortina estaba rota , el burro para colgar la ropa estaba roto. Desde nuestro apartamento se escucha la ducha y la cisterna de los apartamentos contiguos . Eso la verdad q resulta incómodo 😂 y en medio de la noche suena como si llenaran un depósito grande de agua …..no sé si lo que sonaba también era el termo cuando se llena ….Algo muy molesto . Estaba muy limpio y a favor de la empresa que lo gestiona, que nos dejaron entrar mucho antes de la hora de entrada. Muy agradecido por ese gesto . Un sitio muy recomendable para visitar Ronda . Está al lado y cerca de todo .

Great apartment, confusing check-in

The apartment is huge, clean and extremely well-located. However, when we arrived there was no one to greet us, the door was locked, and no one answered the phone. We eventually realized that an email I had received the day prior, that I had assumed was junk mail because of the strange characters in the subject line, contained the check-in instructions. Also, the email came from Expedia and I had booked this via Hotels.com, further adding to the confusion.

Hade för höga förväntningar

Ronda är fantastiskt men boendet hade mer att önska i jmf med andra till mkt lägre kostnad. Mögel, kranen läckte i kök, smutsigt av gammalt kaffe, lådor på tre kvart och värst av allt hårda sängar, hårda kuddar och inte de täcken de marknadsför. Mkt dyr parkering som de rekommenderar. Nästa gång kommer vi välja att ta ett hotell en bit ifrån och ta bussen in till centrum eller gå😀Till Ronda kommer vi tillbaka men väljer annat boende. Och det går inte komma ifrån att läget på hotellet är fantastiskt!

Arrived hotel on bad weather

I know I can't blame the hotel, but we had a very terrible experience when we arrived at the hotel. It was during the heavy downpour on Friday night. We arrived in front of the hotel but weren't sure that it was the hotel because it was dark and the door was closed. I called the hotel number, but no one picked up the phone. I walked around the hotel to look for another entrance, asking people nearby. In the end, I just realized they had left a message on the app . I know I can't blame them; part of the fault was also mine as I didn't notice the message they sent . However, when everything happened during the heavy rain, it became very inconvenient. After dropping off our luggage , we had to park our car, and the distance walking back to the hotel felt very far during the bad weather. In short , we were grateful to have a warm shower and a good sleep in the room. However, in the morning, I just saw a wet floor around the window, and the base of the curtain was all wet. They should have posted a picture of their building in their advertisement to make it easier for people searching for the location in such bad weather. They should also take notice of the window area to prevent rain water seeping and to properly fix the curtain, as one corner is dangling unhooked.
