Não atendeu às expectativas.

O banheiro do quarto em que ficamos estava com um furo no encanamento da pia, então não podíamos usá-la pois vazava água. O chuveiro espalhava água por todos os lados quando ligado devido a sujeira na saída da água. Eu mesmo o limpei pra utilizar melhor. No café da manhã, havia presunto estragado. Apesar de tudo, fomos muito bem atendidos pelos funcionários.

Dica para melhorar a higienização dos aptos

Estadia Razóavel, café da manhã excelente, travesseiros ruins, limpeza do quarto e banheiro deixou a desejar, já no check-in ao chegar ao quarto, encontrei muitos cabelos no forro de cama, pia com cabelo e creme dental grudada, box do banheiro com cabelos, e a toalha de chão no banheiro não havia sido trocada estava suja e com marcas de pisadas. Recomendo melhorar a higienização dos apartamentos após o check-out dos hospedes.

Atendimento da recepção foi bom, porem um pouco lento e tinha muita gente chegando ao mesmo tempo. Chuveiro maravilhoso e café da manhã bom, mas demoram muito pra limpar as mesas e tivemos que comer no meio de vários pratos sujos, além de não ter reposição de pratos no momento pra nos servirmos.
