「The doorknob in the bathroom fell off when I closed the door, and I was locked inside for more than an hour. I was screaming and banging for help. I tried to escape but couldn't. I had scratches on my hand from trying to get out. Eventually, the front desk came to investigate the noise, and they called the police. 「We loved the pools and hot tubs. We had all our meals at the WKP sports bar and loved the food, drinks, staff and music. We did a deep tissue massage at the spa; excellent service. There’s a lot of above and beyond little perks here. I think it’s the staff at all the areas of the resort that really make the difference and make it an excellent vacation. I would definitely stay here again.」
