「1) We have several occasions to book hotel rooms through the hotel.com web page. We have the experience that the quality of hotel rooms are lower if we book rooms through hotel.com. For example, the hotel room booked through hotel.com are normally (i) in lower floor level; (ii) the room normally facing street / car park, which is more noisy; (iii) locality of room is remote from the lift, which we have to walk a long distance to the room. 「已經3星期內第二次入住此酒店,因為第一次感覺理想所以再預訂此酒店．登記入住方便快捷！晚上洗才发現乾衣机壞的不能使用,只可把濕衣服帶到地庫公共乾衣机乾衣.早上前台說后當日更換另一台乾衣机．此處理非常好．但固定之花灑頭頂之接口开水后噴水至四周,大门不能自動关上要用力才能关上,．風筒外壳手柄膠有黏手感覺．」
