「Lovely, bright, quaint space on a quiet street within easy walking distance of King Street. Hosts were very attentive and quick to communicate. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!」

「We loved this place! Room was clean and lovely, with a comfy bed and pull out and nice pots and pans. The location was great and the parking was a little terrifying to get my car in and out but if you’re not planning on driving around it was convenient. The hotel felt very safe and the staff was lovely. 」

「Excellent set-up - two large bedrooms with comfy king-sized beds, a nice living/sitting room and kitchen. The unit is right across the street from a nice small Mexican restaurant with good margaritas (if you arrive early for check-in). The owner/manager was in contact in case we needed anything, but all was perfect.」

「The French Quarter Inn was a pleasant surprise. The staff was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Room was nice. They came. in every day to tidy room, and early evening left chocolates, and weather info for next day. There was a line to call with different pillow choices. Happy hour every afternoon was excellent as was breakfast. Lobby has small bar. Hotel is within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and the marketplace and the waterfront park. Would highly recommend this...

「Property was very clean and had all the amenities of a hotel but a lot more room. Bed was very comfortable as well which is a rarity in my opinion. Great walking options for dining. Host was excellent with anything we needed! Did not use the pool so cannot comment.」

「A very beautiful place all together a first class hotel with incredibly appointed rooms. Safety measures were apparent on the elevators so floor to floor travel required a room key. 」

「We stay at the Nicholas 2x each year. Nutcracker weekend and usually April/May. It is a wonderful place and the hospitality is unmatched. 」

「Beautiful historic boutique hotel with all the southern charms. Comfortable, clean with some nice extra touches like free water and brekky. Also free parking across the street and right near the waterfront. Within walking distance of King Street and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.」
