「The room had an awful cigarette smell even when the room was non smoking, but overall clean. The guy at the office was very nice. He was nice enough to let us check in early without extra fees, but the neighbors were very disrespectful staying out in the parking lot very late making noise, kids crying and yelling all night, didn't rest at all. A plus was that it's pet friendly but even my dogs were anxious with all the wall banging.」

「Perfect place. This was one of the cleanest and most quiet properties I've ever stay. The property's location was convenient and easy. The host was considerate and very responsive to questions. Would highly recommend anyone going to Lubbock Texas to stay here while in town. All the necessary items were available with great instructions provided at the location.
