「The property was really clean and a lovely place to stay. I just had a few issues personally which was for the lift was very tiny and as I was alone with a baby in the 3rd floor it was hard as I had to fold pram up and down and put it in the lift alone then walk up and down stairs with the baby which was very stressful if you are alone. The only problem I had with the apartment was the shower wasn’t working very well and there was no plug to run a bath but other than that it was beautiful .」

「After two previous visits, it was sadly a disappointing stay at La Reserve. It is clear the hotel’s standards have slipped since our first visit in 2024. Our bedroom had scuffed walls, broken picture frames, stains on bedsheets. It is just not the luxury experience we had two years ago.
The staff are very friendly, but it is a shame that this hotel, in such a wonderful location, has not maintained the level of quality and attention to detail they had a couple of years ago.
Our stay also...
