Perfect location

Charming home, nice yard with some shade. Walking distance to the sea and beach and everything you need for a perfect holiday!

Nice Location

Location was like description . Only Headline should be changed as the distance to the sea is a bit more than 50m 😉. But very close. Check-in description was excellent. Parking is available at a closed area. But my car was a bit „too deep“ and scratched on the floor when driving off the parking place. But usually I found a place on the street, so it was fine.

Le Magali in Les Issambres.

Helpful agent (Sylvie) and relatives of the owner living in First Floor appartment: I had my suitcase stolen on the TGV train from Paris - St Raphael (probably at Toulon) - keep a very close watch on your luggage at intermediate stops. The need to take your own bedding and towels is irritating, especially if travelling from England; English pillow cases would not have fitted the big French pillows anyway! Les Issambres in September is lovely and quiet with the accommodation being approx 100metres from the sea and local shops. Le Magali needs to be equipped with leaflets/information about local facilities (eg there is a very good market on Monday mornings) and transport.It's the only accommodation we have ever stayed in ( 30+ years) of hiring cottages/houses/gites that does not provide this type of information.

Wundervoll

Die Wohnung in der Villa ist super. 2 Schlafräume, 1 Wohn/Küche, 1 Bad. Alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden. Der Aussenbereich hat 2 Terassen, die von der Küche sowie vom Eingang erreicht werden können. Unser Hund war sicher und konnte, dank Zaun, nicht ausbrechen. Der Parkplatz ist durch ein Tor gesichert. Die Wohnung liegt nur 100m vom Sandstrand entfernt. Wunderschön.!!! Die Lage der Wohnung ist zu den anderen Orten an der Cote d'azur sehr gut mittig gelegen. Von 10 Sternen vergeben wir 12 Sterne. Danke

Bon emplacement ensoleillé

La maison est très bien située dans un quartier calme et à proximité du centre ville et des plages (environ 50 m). Pas besoin de prendre son véhicule pour faire ses courses, déjeuner au restaurant ou aller à la plage. Le jardin est bien équipé (Tables, fauteuils, transats, large parasol...). L'appartement est suffisamment vaste pour 4 personnes.

Emplacement idéal

L'appartement se trouve dans une maison de caractère, au calme et très bien située par rapport au centre et à la plage de San Peire. Nous y avons séjourné un mois et avons pleinement profité des Issambres !

Sehr schön! La Magali bietet eine individuelle Wohnqualität. Alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht war vorhanden. Wir würden gerne wieder an die Cote Azur fahren, aber die Mücken sind sehr lästig. Alles in Allem haben wir die 3 Wochen im Juni sehr genossen. Klaus und Renate

Agréable séjour

Le descriptif de la maison est un peu flatteur. Le sèche-cheveux indiqué dans le descriptif n'existait pas. Aucun arbre n'est planté dans le jardin décrit comme arboré. Le pin parasol du parking fournit de l'ombre le matin dans un des coins du jarfin. Heureusement, il y a plusieurs parasols. Sinon la maison est confortable et bien équipée, idéale pour passer un bon séjour.

Schöne Wohnung in cooler Lage

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und konnten gut entspannen. Es ist alles was man braucht in fußnähe inklusive des Wochenmarktes. Die Badebucht ist ideal auch bei windigem Wetter, da sie gut geschützt ist. Die Wohnung ist clever mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es ist alles hochwertig und gut gepflegt. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das zu schmale Ehebett. 140cm reichen wirklich nicht aus und haben einige Kreuzschmerzen verursacht… Da hat einen das Sonnenfrühstück mit frischen Croissants vom Bäcker um die Ecke dann wieder entschädigt. Wir sind gut erholt und können einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen.

Die zwei Zimmer Wohnung in der charmanten Villa ist sauber und praktisch eingerichtet.Ruhige Lage und nur 50m zum Strand sowie zum Ortskern.Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und den Urlaub genossen.

Prima appartement vlakbij zee tussen Cannes en Saint Tropez

Heerlijk twee weken genoten van de mooie kuststreek en het lekkere eten. Appartement heeft alles wat nodig is, behalve wasmachine. Wasserette om de hoek, maat ja...Bed is met 140 cm breedte wel smal, vinden wij. Het goede weer hielp natuurlijk ook mee!

Singer Villa 1925

Die Vermieter sind unaufdringlich und sehr freundlich. Interessant in der Umgebung alter Villen, hat diese hier sogar Geschichte. Schade das man davon jedoch nicht mehr erfährt - ausser man trifft zufällig den bestens informierten Nachbarn. Die Villa liegt herrvorragend, 2 Minuten vom Ortskern entfernt. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet, deutsch- oder englischsprachiges TV Programm sucht man jedoch vergebens. Wlan funktioniert tadelos. Der Wasserkocher ist ebenso niedlich klein, wie die Betten mit 190 Länge kurz sind. Leider sind diese sehr hart. Der Blick aus dem Außenbereich (ideal für den Hund, da ausbruchsicher!) auf das Nachbarhaus ist nicht optimal aber dessen Fensterfront geht auf die gegenüber liegende Seite.

Comfortabel appartement

Confortabel, schoon en verzorgd appartement. De tuin viel ons wat tegen; een deel was zojuist volgestort met een betonnen vloer. Daar wordt in de komende tijd een nieuwe tuin aangelegd. Het appartement is op 50 m van zee in een rustige wijk, vlakbij diverse winkels en restaurants.

Sehr schön!

Alles war sehr schön und sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Jedoch gibt es keine Waschmaschine wie in der Beschreibung. Das WLAN hätte besser sein können. Aber alles in allem lohnt es sich auf jeden Fall!

Erholsame Sommerwochen

Wir haben in dieser Wochnung zwei schöne und erholsame Wochen verbracht. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem ist man in zwei Minuten am Strand, dem Markt, den Geschäften und den Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und läßt nichts vermissen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und unproblematisch. Ich würde die Wohnung Freunden empfehlen.
