Unit Layout

"Chenou" is a 6-room house of 190 m2 spread across 2 levels, partly renovated in 2021 and thoughtfully decorated with simple and beautiful furnishings. The property accommodates a maximum capacity of 12 guests and features a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, mirrored symmetrically across both floors.

On the ground floor, you will find a living and sleeping room equipped with 1 double sofabed, an open-hearth fireplace used only for decoration, a dining table, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with a direct exit to the terrace. A first bedroom offers 1 french bed and air conditioning, also with access to the terrace. A second bedroom is fitted with 2 beds and air conditioning. The ground floor also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate WC.

The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, mirrors the ground floor layout. It features a living and sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, an open-hearth fireplace for decorative purposes only, a dining table, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with an exit to the balcony. A third bedroom provides 1 french bed and air conditioning, with access to the balcony, while a fourth bedroom contains 2 beds and air conditioning. The upper floor is equally served by a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate WC. Natural stone floors run throughout the property, adding a refined and authentic character to the interior.

Amenities Included

This vacation rental is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchen on each floor is outfitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for self-catering. Entertainment is well catered for, with a television and satellite TV available in the living and sleeping rooms on both floors. Climate comfort is ensured throughout the property thanks to air conditioning present in all rooms, complemented by electric heating for cooler periods. The property sits on a private estate, which is reserved exclusively for the use of guests when the whole house is booked. Both levels are served by a balcony and 2 terraces, partly covered, all furnished with terrace and balcony furniture, and the house enjoys a view of the sea. Parking is available on site for up to 4 cars.

Please be aware that there is no internal connecting door between the ground floor and the upper floor, with access between the 2 levels provided solely via an exterior staircase.
