Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay here for several nights in June 2024. We used the pool during our stay which was lovely. It has a great view and everything you need to make yourself at home including a washer/dryer/dishwasher. Lovely stay!

Amazing views

We really enjoyed our time in St Tropez, we found ourselves spending every evening in to enjoy the views and a glass of wine. The host was very attentive to our needs. Great location close to grocery stores and the bakery. The bedding was a little heavy, pillows were not great for sleeping but I would say all in all I would stay again. The house was awesome.

The location and accommodations were perfect for exploring. We enjoyed coming home each day to watch the sunsets and take in the amazing view. Lisa was a pleasure to deal with and helpful. The home is in a neighborhood and felt safe. The drive up is very steep but you are rewarded with incredible views.

This is a great property with an amazing view and fantastic pool and location. We did really enjoy our stay. However there were some things that were not as good as we hoped. Check in felt rushed. Simple items such as dishwasher tablets and toilet rolls were in short supply. We were also surprised to learn that the cost of replacing the bbq gas falls on whoever happens to be staying when it runs out. All of these are things that are provided in similar properties as a matter of course. A proper guide to the property and surrounding area would also have been in line with similar properties at which we have stayed.

The property has been remodelled to a very good spec, it has been furnished with style and class. The kitchen is well equipped, TVs in every room, super fast internet (400mb per second), clean and comfortable beds The AC packs a punch, room for parking a car, automatic gate, alarm. The pool is about 10 meters long, heated and great even for a few laps! Has an outdoor shower, grill and dinner table. Tons of space to sunbathe, super cool outdoor lighting and an incredible view. You are up high on the hills (reminded us of California) so it is very quiet and peaceful. At the same time, Saint Maxime has great restaurants 12/15 minutes away (La Voile for example), and without traffic (early AM, Late Eve ) you can be in Saint Tropez in 40 minutes, Club 55 in 50 The communication and service form Lisa was great. The first day we arrived there was a storm and heavy wind. Next day someone showed up to tidy up the outdoors/garden. The pool is kept clean and we opted for a full house cleaning service every other day wich was done professionally and with joy. Lisa and her assistant are lovely and helpful and just want to make sure you feel at home and enjoy your time at the property. Ah! and I forgot.. the view... wow!!! The view of the gulf of St Tropez can inspire you! We had a great time, Thank you Lisa and Nas!

Beautiful outdoor space!

We chose this property for its incredible view and outdoor space and it did not disappoint. The pool was larger than expected with amazing views. There were a few things that were missing that could have made the stay even better. We didn’t have dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap and lack of closet or dresser in master. Lisa was very responsive and easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay. We loved the sweet town of St Maxime.

Beautiful place and view

The view and house were fabulous. However France was having a heat wave and the ac didn’t work very well. When asked to fix the ac the owner said “the French don’t use ac this time of year” The beds had only very heavy winter comforters and when I asked to have some lightweight blankets she said she’d buy some for the next guests. Not even enough hot water for one hot shower and there were 3 of us.

Haus ist im Großen und Ganzen wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein, Töpfe sind sehr alt und die Teflon Beschichtungen lösen sich schon überall. Man merkt, dass das Haus rein zur Vermietung verwendet wird. Wir waren schon in Häusern, die auch von den Eigentümern genutzt wurden. Diese waren in deutlich besserem und gepflegter Zustand. Dennoch alles in allem ein schönes Haus. Lisa stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Kommunikation war einwandfrei.

Fantastisk udsigt og beliggenhed

Huset har en fantastisk udsigt og beliggenhed. Huset, og en del inventar, er meget slidt, og trænger til en opdatering. Lisa, som er husets kontaktperson, var enestående både i forhold til kommunikation, hvor hun svaret meget hurtigt, og udviste stor fleksibilitet. Hun løste også nogle problemer hurtigt.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die absolut ruhige Lage, der traumhafte Blick, die moderne Ausstattung, der große Pool, die großen Terrassen, die Aussenküche mit dem Gasgrill und die Wohlfühl-Atmoshäre im Haus haben uns 14 Tage einen wunderbaren Urlaub bereitet. Mooi vakantiehuis met zicht op de baai van St Tropez

Ondanks het mindere weer genoten van het huis. Huis vooral gericht op buitenleven. Op wandelafstand van groot natuurgebied vol mimosa ( voor de liefhebbers).Dichtbij sainte- maxime en st-Tropez wat in laagseizoen vlot bereikbaar is.

Man sollte den Bildern nicht immer trauen

Bei der Ankunft nur die 1/2 erklärt, Auto hatte nur eines Platz! In einem Zimmer gab es Lichtschalter aber keine Deckenlampe dafür und im anderen Zimmer nicht mal einen Schrank.

Erholsamer Familienurlaub mit traumhaften Panoramablick

Das Ferienhaus bietet einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer und auf die Berge. Der Sonnenuntergang mit seinem Farbenspiel über dem Bergpanorama ist immer wieder ein Erlebnis. Wir haben ihn jeden Abend aufs neue genossen. Auf der Terrasse kann man wunderbar entspannen. Sowohl auf der Terasse als auch am Pool gibt es verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten. Ein großer Tisch unter einer sonnengeschüzten Terasse lädt zum gemütlichen Essen ein. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Waschmaschine und Trockner funktionieren hervorragend. Eine große JBL Box steht zur Verfügung. Sehr helle und schöne Schlafzimmer mit modernen Badezimmern. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Kinder haben den großen beheizter Pool (25 Grad) und die Außendusche mit warmen Wasser sehr genossen. Er ist ausreichend tief, sodass man hineinspringen kann. Unser 3 jähriger Sohn konnte auf der Treppe des Pool spielen. Die Fahrt von der Küste hoch zum Haus dauert ca. 10 min und ist ohne Navigationsgerät nicht zu bewältigen. Man kann auf der Straße parken oder auf dem Grundstück hinter dem elektronischen Tor. Wer gerne kocht und einen gut sortierten Supermarkt mit Frischetheken sucht, muss weiter fahren. Wir sind zum großen Carrefour in Frejus gefahren. Der ist sensationell. Der Spa Markt in der Nähe des Hauses ist in Relation sehr teuer und auf Touristen ausgelegt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben uns sehr gut erholt. Das Haus als Ganzes hat viel Charme. Wer Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Merci Lisa

Très belle maison avec vue splendide

Très belle maison avec vue splendide sur la baie de Ste Maxime et St.Tropez. La maison corrrespond parfaitement aux photos sur le site Abritel et convenait très bien à 4 adultes et notre grand chien. Environnement très calme, localisation magnifique aux hauteurs des Issambres. Très belle région pour effectuer de nombreuses excursions. Maison très bien équipée avec magnifique terrasse et très belle piscine chauffée et très bien entrenue (deux fois par semaine) Terrain entièrement clos et ainsi idéal pour chien. Contact très facile avec propriétaire et intermédiaire en cas de besoin (mais tout fonctionnait parfaitement de sorte qu'on avait pas besoin de les contacter en dehors de l'accueil à notre arrivée. Nous avons adoré la maison et passé d'excellentes vacances. Expérience à refaire avec très grand plaisir!!!

Sehr schöner Bungalow. Tolle Poolanlage und sehr schöne Aussicht. Freundlicher Empfang mit eines sehr schnellen und kurzen Einweisung. Französisch von grossem Vorteil. Qualität der Zufahrtsstrasse ist äusserst gewöhnungsbedürftig. Strasse zwar geteert aber durch unzählige nachträgliche Ausbesserungen eher eine Rumpelpiste. Insgesamt jedoch eine sehr gelungene Ferienwoche.

Très jolie villa vue mer

Villa très bien décorée avec une belle vue sur la baie de Saint Tropez depuis la terrasse. Le coin repas ombragé est très agréable à toute heure de la journée, avec en bonus un vrai barbecue à gaz pour les grillades. Annonce et photos totalement conformes. En conclusion, une très belle adresse.
