Wirklich tolle Lage ! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen . Herr Schäffer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Küche ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet . Die Terrasse und der Pool sind die Highlights . Gerne wieder !!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön . Leider war ein Zimmer so klein das man um das Bett an der Wand entlanggehen musste um auf das Klo und die doch sehr enge Duschkabine zu kommen .Absolute Super Klasse war Michael da geht nichts darüber Top Mann . Das Haus ist meiner Meinung nach für 8 Personen Super bei 10 Personen so wie bei uns muss das eine kleine Zimmer mitbenutzt werden das auch in einem Separaten Bereich mit eigenem Eingang neben dem Haupthaus liegt .

Die Villa könnte besser nicht gelegen sein. Einerseits so direkt am Meer, dass man vom Schlafzimmer aus das Meeresrauschen hört, andererseits ist von hier aus ein Grossteil der Côte d'Azur in vernünftiger Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Nach dem traumhaften St.Maxime sind es bei normalem Verkehr 20 Minuten (es hat grosse Parkhäuser). Nach St.Tropez 30 Minuten, wenn man den Zeitpunkt gut wählt. Konkret bis 8 Uhr morgens. Dann hat es auch noch genügende Parkplätze auf dem grossen Parkplatz beim Hafen. Ebenso gegen 17 Uhr. Dann fahren viele Touristen los und kommen erst abends wieder. In der Zeit dazwischen sollte man keinesfalls mit dem Auto nach St.Tropez. Auch mit den Bateau-Vert ist es dann schwierig. Nach Grasse hat man gut 45 Minuten, ebenso wie nach Cannes. Nach Nizza gut eine Stunde. Immer zu den genannten Zeiten. Die Villa selbst könnte an der einen oder anderen Stelle leichte Renovationen benötigen, ist aber super (!) sauber und insbesondere ist das Highlight die hochprofessionelle Unterstützung durch Herrn Michael Schäffer. Er ist immer da, wenn man etwas braucht, wohnt aber nicht direkt vor Ort. Er meldet sich immer per Whattsapp an (zb für Poolreinigung) und kann einem auch äusserst wertvolle Tipps geben. So zeigte er uns einen absolut traumhaften Hundestrand, wo Hunde frei herumspringen können. So konnte unser Hund auch mit seinen Hunden am wunderschönen Strand spielen. Ganz klar eine 5-Sterne Benotung mit auch ausgezeichnetem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Füße im Wasser

Die Ferienvilla ist traumhaft direkt am Meer gelegen. Über eine Treppe kann man direkt zum Meer hinunter. Der Ausblick ist wunderbar . Der nächste Sandstrand ist in ca. 500 m zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und modern. Die Villa selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Michael war ein super Gastgeber, sehr gut zu erreichen und stets hilfsbereit.

Tranquil Paradise on the French Riviera

Yes, feet in pool and sea ! My husband and myself stayed at this beautiful serene villa with our labrador for 2 weeks. We tried not to miss a single spectacular sunrise on the large terrace with panoramic view of Saint Raphael and the sea. Early morning surise, late night light twinkles from Saint Raphael, with chilled white wine and fish from the plancha. The villa is spacious, secluded, private, quiet, peaceful. We've never stayed at a rental for longer than one week, this villa we would go back to immediately. Not right on the main road, therefore good access in and out of the property in a quiet neighborhood. Excellent location between Frejus and St. Maxime.

ATTENTION a vous prochains locataires

ATTENTION a vous prochains locataire, cette villa est une ARNAQUE. Sachez que les photos datent d'il y a 15 ans. Nous avons effectué un séjour avec ma famille nous étions 5, et clairement nous avons passé nos pires vacances pendant 2 semaines. Le propriétaire déjà nous a accueilli de manière assez froide puis lors de la découverte de la villa nous étions "choqué" tel est le mot. L'habitation est dans un état d'insalubrité, les murs sont moisis surtout au niveau des prises (de l'humidité de partout), l'eau ressort du carrelage, tout est sale sans entretient, taches sur les oreillers et matelas, qui ne sont pas du tout des lits doubles mais des lits simple collés. Une des climatisation ne marche pas, la piscine est sale et pas nettoyée , il y a des trous dans les fenêtres, et je vous passe le reste des détails... nous l'avons signalé a abritel qui a pris les mesures nécessaires malgré cela le propriétaire n'a rien voulu faire avec 100 photos en preuve (je n'exagère pas). Quel dommage d'avoir un bien aussi beau avec un cadre incroyable et de le laisser a l'abandon et quel dommage de se moquer des gens qui sont la pour passer de bonnes vacances qui se retrouvent a faire le ménage après un long voyage. Lorsque l'on souhaite accueillir des personnes qui payent chère car oui la villa ne vaut meme pas la moitié de son prix, la moindre des choses est de les respecter. Economisez votre argent et trouvez une meilleur villa.

Great Stay

Michael was extremely helpful with our trip planning and accommodating with check in time. The Villa was accurately described and was perfect for our needs (6 adults). Loads of space in the main areas inside and outside. The pool is well looked after by Michael every few days and was warm enough for us during June. Great views across the bay and with added bonus of direct access to the sea. Couple of beach bars within walking distance - my kids enjoyed Windys served some nice food. Villa is well equipped with all that is required for a great stay Great location for exploring the local area, Nice airport just over an hour by car. My wife and I travelled by car the kids came by air. Would happily return again. Mark

Stunning location

The villa is perfectly situated next to the sea with east access to the path and beaches. The rooms are good sizes and the villa was well-equipped. It is a great location for Fréjus and Sainte Maxime and all the beaches along the coast. There are no amenities in walking distance so we did spend time in the car going to Les Issambres for groceries or to Sainte Maxime for the nightlife. Michael was a great host responding speedily to all our queries.

Superb Location

The house is on a beautiful lot with an amazing view of the Med. The Host was very helpful and generally available when needed. One time he had to walk us through a power failure on the phone and another he had to fix the dryer. He provided excellant reccomendations for restaurants and made other good suggestions. We should not have had to deal with the power failure or dryer that wasn't serviced before our arrival. The pictures of the unit do not accurately show the condition of the house. The furniture is much older than shown and condition of outside area is worn. There were no toiletries or basic kitchen supplies provided like dish washer soap, trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent, body wash or shampoo. We expected to have to buy food, but not these supplies. Also the beds were very hard, that may be the way europeans like them, but for us they were uncomfortable. No extra pilows were provided and those provided were not good sleeping pillows. There were no extra sets of bed linens or bath towels.

Südfrankreich zum Jahreswechsel- ein Traum

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem großzügigen Haus. Ende Dezember und Frühstück auf der Terrasse- das ist genial. Ich empfehle das Haus uneingeschränkt für eine Gruppe mit vielseitigen Anforderungen. Wir hatten jede Menge Platz zum Kochen, Essen, Arbeiten, Sport auf der Terrasse, Spielen und natürlich ehrfürchtig den tollen Blick genießen. Wir waren begeistert, empfehlen aber wenn man gerne kocht, die eigenen Messer mitzubringen. Herzlichen Dank auch Herrn Schaeffer für den freundlichen Kontakt und schnelle Hilfe als es anfangs etwas kühl war. Gerne wieder! Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge fanden wir das Haus geschickt. Man ist schnell auf der Autobahn und In der anderen Richtung in Sainte Maxime oder Saint Tropez.

Wunderschöne Villa in Les Issambres direkt am Meer

Wir waren drei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Villa direkt am Meer. Da wir die Umgebung schon sehr gut kennen, haben wir die meiste Zeit am Meer gesessen, den Wellen zugeschaut, gesurft, geschnorchelt, abends gekocht oder gegrillt und die wunderbare Aussicht genossen. Bei Fragen war der Verwalter jederzeit zu erreichen. Einzig die Gartenmöbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollten erneuert werden. Wir werden in jedem Fall wiederkommen.
