Our house is approximately 110 m² and comprises 3 bedrooms (1 with a 160 cm double bed, one with a pull-out bed that makes a total of 160 cm, 1 with a single mezzanine bed + 1 baby cot available), 2 bathrooms (1 shower and one with bath), 2 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a dining room, a 10 m² terrace. (Other equipment is available upon request, such as a high chair, etc.) + parking space. Cupboards will be available in all rooms. The 100 m² garden welcomes you with a furnished terrace equipped with a barbecue and parasol, garden furniture for drinks, sun loungers for relaxing on holiday, and even a trampoline for children. You will also have access to the communal swimming pool of the housing estate, accessible only with a badge, perfectly maintained, and with the added bonus of a magnificent view of the Roquebrune rock. A field behind the house is accessible for ball games or other activities. Children's and board games will also be available. We also provide you with the use of bicycles: 2 adult, 1 teenager, and 1 child, as well as a baby carrier if needed.
