“Wanna check in I was initially placed in the room with a window that was blocked on the outside so no view. I called spoke with management. They quickly moved me to a room that gave me a view of the river, but not the beach.”

“The staff was very personable and welcoming. The room upkeep (clean towels, trash disposal, refill of toilet paper/tissue) was NON-EXISTENT without requesting. Indoor pool/hottub was a plus. Breakfast was excellent and well liked by all ages. The location is safe, quiet, and well lit. Lobby/rooms were spacious. I will definitely make it my choice of stay in Prince Frederick in the future.”

“I have stayed here many times and for the price you really can’t complain. However, we only had two bath towel towels, one washcloth and no soap. I tried to get in touch with the staff, but they did not answer so I just went to the dollar store and bought what I needed. Again for the price it can’t be beat. Just know you’re not in a Hilton.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked through the door. We loved the little extras like the coffee station and cookies at the front desk. The pool and hot tub were also very clean and well-maintained. Although we only stayed one night, we were very impressed and would definitely stay here again if we're back in the area.”

“Last minute stay due to emergency work on my house. Got a great deal via a third-party site. Room was spacious, AC great and bed comfy. TV didn’t work— kept giving message of “poor connection”. The TV in my friend’s room worked fine. The lock on my door didn’t work, and hot water took a long time to heat up. Phone was very difficult to use and didn’t work very well. My friend’s original room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. They switched her rooms, but I can’t believe how bad her room……

“The Anchor @ Hidden Harbor is a true gem of Deale, MD. Great staff, clean & functional rooms, the boathouse restaurant & bar just outside the front door. Great for families and boaters! I would definitely stay here again when visiting Deale. ”

“As soon as we walked into the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. The light above the doorway came down and smacked me on the head. The AC barely worked, and we could hear people doing the nasty about two doors down all night.”
