“Very clean. Easy check in. Great location ”

“This hotel needs to be rated much much much lower. Our first room smelled terrible, the floors were very dirty and within a minute we found a roach. We went to the front desk and requested a new room, they moved us and that room was better but not great. New room still had stained sheets and unclean floors and a smashed bug on the wall. It was too late at night to try to change again. No staff around in the morning to ask for refund. NOT worth staying here even for the price. Expedia reviews……

“This hotel is a 5 star all around. Special kudos to Kelsey at check-in. She has an authentic welcoming spirit. Our room was perfect in every way. The breakfast was nice, but could be improved by adding gravy for us Southern folks. Check out was quick. I highly recommend this location. ”

“We stayed for a week in the regular rooms and tbh they weren’t so bad, they were at least clean. Then we moved into the “suites” extended stay rooms. They were terrible. Stains all over the walls, ceiling, lamps, etc. there was two car air fresheners tied to the AC unit, which was CAKED in mold, I’m talking caked. I bought bleach spray and sprayed it inside and out for a couple of days. The first day there about 5K flies in the rooms, and as I started to see, when the cleaners “cleaned” they……

“What good is can say is that it was fairly quiet, suorisingly. Our room was fairly clean but we did find a few dead roaches. Only had one bar of soap, no shampoo or anything. Good thing we brought our own. The beds are hard as a rock. But i wasnt expecting luxury for what we paid. What concerned me the most were a few sketchy looking people (probably residents) hanging around outside with one guy sitting in his car for hours. My guess is he was sellling "party favors" with all the pull up and……

“This hotel was massively over rated .To start the landscaping has not seen care in months , next almost every painted surface inside the hotel is soiled , the carpets were filthy and covered with litter . Upon arrival I mention this to the desk clerk he said he would have the carpets in the hallway vacuumed ( it never happened during my 4 day stay . The lobby furnishing were worn and out dated and the breakfast was very low quality . The hotel was operated by a certain ethnic group that seems to……

“Great staff. Very nice property. With breakfast and a gym, it had what I needed. The shower pressure is very good.”

“To begin, we booked a stay at the Comfort Inn and the hotel changed to Spark by Hilton and we were never informed. Room did not have glasses, coffee maker, ice bucket. Literally a bed and towels. Luckily we didn't plan on doing laundry as laundry was out of order. In general, the hotel is subpar and that was not the review the Comfort Inn had received when we booked it.”

“Check-in was the easiest I've ever experienced at a motel. The breakfast was hot and readily available at the lobby. The only downside I would add is that the doors on the room were not exactly air tight.”

“The renovations were well done while preserving the historical significance of the building. The 4th floor cupola offered beautiful 360 degree views of the surrounding area. Breakfast was not included in our booking - but the small & quaint bistro onsite called Second Draft offered really yummy breakfast options. We'll be back again!”
