“This property was excellent for a large group of friends with young kids. We especially enjoyed afternoons in the outdoor pool, playing in the gym and lawn games in the yard. There was lots of counter space and table space in the kitchen & dining area for food and board games, and two nice sitting & playing areas. It could use some repairs/updates, but nothing that affected our enjoyment. The owner was very communicative and responsive to questions beginning months in advance and throughout……

“Great property for our annual family reunion. Our grandkids really enjoyed the pool! I also was able to bring a pontoon boat and keep it at the dock. Lake Chapin was quiet , good for cruises and tubing. The large driveway was a plus as it could accommodate my boat trailer and vehicle without having to unhook. Having two dryers was also a plus as we had our own beach towels to manage on a daily basis. The location is somewhat distant from the local towns for quick runs to a store or……

“Everything was as described. From check in to check out. We had a few question prior to booking, that were answered promptly. And we had a problem with a door while we were there and it was taken care of that day. Cottage had everything we needed. Lake was good for our grandkids and fishing was good for the fisherman. Very good people to rent from. Thank you again for making our stay good. ”

“We were in South Bend for a soccer game at Notre Dame Stadium (Celtic 4, Chelsea 1, C'mon the Hoops!). The location is perfect for any event on campus. A short walk/Uber to the campus and food/entertainment. The house is clean, the beds are comfy, and the host was very responsive and accommodating. ”

“This home has it all. We never left the property for the 4 days we were there. Very clean, plenty of towels, linens, both upstairs and downstairs kitchens had everything you would need for cooking. The rental had plenty of spices and condiments for items that we forgot to bring. Access across all three levels of the home was easy, especially to access the lower level (you could drive to the lower level to unload or load). Plenty of parking. We can't say enough about the games and……
