「Communication was great. Yard should have been mowed or at least kept up. Plus garbage was overflowing from previous renter. It worked well for our weekend at ND. My biggest issue was that the one bath was very small, especially with the options to have a number of people stay. We had 4 adults and it worked but not ideal situation.」

「This place was way ‘more house’ than we needed, but so close to parks, the riverwalk, affordable, and walkable to the wedding we were in town for….we couldn’t pass it up! Big old house that had everything we needed for a comfy stay with our dogs. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and we felt safe and at home.」

「We had a hockey showcase at Notre Dame and this place was very convenient to get around the area. Place is very neat and clean. The loft upstairs was great for an extra room for kids. They loved it! I wish I knew the story about the bird that pecks at the master bedroom window. Every morning at 7:30 you have your own alarm! Lol. We were intrigued.」

「Only issue was of my own doing and resolved within minutes. I didn’t read the upon arrival email all the way through and locked us out. Called and was inside. Very clean and open. Quiet, older, working class neighborhood. Parking in the rear was nice. Everything worked and there were plenty of utensils for cooking.」
