"Two families stayed in this home. It was very comfortable, the pool was a hit, and we were able to walk to the parks each day."

"Our group of grandparents down to grandkids were here for a wedding. We had several big teenage boys and the accommodations were great. The large room worked quite well for all of us to be together without being crowded. It is a well-equipped house and the book of information quite complete. Our previous questions were answered promptly. We enjoyed the fireworks also. There are a few minor things around the house that could be improved on but overall, it was a very pleasant stay."

"We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as listed. Stayed with 19 people family and friends. Plenty of space to socialize and enjoy alone time as needed. Kids loved the bunk bed rooms and pool."

"The comfortable atmosphere was great to chillax in. Neighbors made parking awkward, but they were nice enough to move when we needed them to. Otherwise another trip to LA would definitely warrant renting this one again."

"The place was as described and a good stay. Minor issues were the door lock was loose and the gate didn’t always seem to lock after opening it and entering/leaving. Parking instructions were confusing as parking in the driveway was stated as not allowed but parking across the driveway was allowed per the instructions in the room. There was sufficient on street parking that we avoided the confusion."

"This place was very clean and modern. The owner was very responsive and hospitable. The mattresses were a little hard, but that’s the only issue we had. We would stay here again, for sure."

"We loved being in the heart of Pico/Robertson. The beds are yummy. It needs a place to hang clothing. Some minor fixes are needed, for example the towel rack is not attached well to the wall and the shower knob was not properly attached. Overall, it was comfortable and feels like a garage with some upgrades. It needs more work to be a fully functional vacation rental."
