Slechtste ervaring met een hotelboeking ooit.

Bij aankomst bleek hotel al 3 maanden gesloten te zijn. Geen bericht ontvangen van hotels.com noch hotel zelf hierover met een alternatief, ook geen geld terug. Wij waren genoodzaakt zelf een last minute accommodatie zoeken. Vakantie verpest. Nu wachten we nog steeds op de afhandeling en geld retour aangezien wij bij de boeking al hadden betaald. Nog nooit zoiets meegemaakt. Slechtste ervaring ooit met een hotelboeking, trage afhandeling na de melding hiervan, nog niet opgelost.

Horrible. The place was closed and i was not notified. We arrived to find nobody insight. We asked a friendly neighbor nearby for help and she gave us a ride to the nearest rail station. This was a bad experience.

Zimmer sind sehr spärlich ausgestattet.

Heizung war auf maximum 19,5 Grad die ganze Zeit, Frühstuck eher auf 2 Sterne Niveau, Zimmerausstattung für Scandinavische Verhältnisse eher im ganz unteren Bereich. Kein Fön, kein Wasserkocher, Fernseher nur auf schwdisch.

Rummet vi fick var litet. Vi var tvungna att byta rum p g a att någon rökt i rummet. TN:n fungerade inte då man hade problem med paraboler. Väldigt god mat i restaurangen och frukosten helt ok.

Great hotel

We arrived in Stockholm late in the evening and were pleasantly surprised at how caring the staff member Oliver was. He was friendly and ensured that we were taken good care of. The late evening meal was excellent. Oliver made sure to arrange an early breakfast plate was made up for us as we would be missing the regular breakfast. At 10 min from the airport this hotel is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered

Väldigt charmigt hotell i vacker miljö. Väldigt trevligt mottagande och glad o servicevänlig personal, allihop vi mötte! Estetiskt en höjdare, men inte alltid så väl genomtänkt funktionellt kanske. Hade gärna blivit lite mer överraskad till frukost.

Nice room, close to Arlanda airport

Usually stay the Radisson Blu at Arlanda. Tried Brooks Hotel for the first time. Only 10 min from airport, and competitively priced, this hotel had large comfortable rooms, good staff, and a nice breakfast. Primarily a conference hotel however we found it very comfortable and accommodating.

4 stjärnigt? Fawlty Towers?

Finner hotellet idag mer som 2 stjärnor. Hade bokat dubbelrum vilket vi även gjorde 2015. Fick då ett rum med både skrivbord och soffa samt toalettartiklar. Rummet vi tilldelades nu hade inga likheter med det förra, misstänker att vi fick ett enkelrum. Gick till receptionen, sa att vi ville byta rum,berättade om vår tidigare vistelse och att vi ville ha ett likadant rum. Gick tyvärr inte. Numera var de 3 bäddsrum. Rummet vi fick är beskrivet som att man ska kunna sätta in en extra säng i. Frågan är bara var? Hänga den i taket? Rummet har en smal gång utanför toaletten. Sängen trol. 140 cm bred. Finns endast ett sängbord, obefintligt med yta runt sängen. Skulle finnas gratis toalettartiklar enligt beskrivningen, fanns endast tvål i behållare på väggen. Frågade vid incheck. när middagen började, kl 18,00. Kommer tillrestaurangen ca 20,20 får info. om att vi får äta i lobbyn. Restaurangen är stängd! I informationen på hotellrummet står att restaurangen har öppet .kl 16,00-22,00. Restaurangen beskrivs ”i en internationell värld baserad på den svenska identiteten skapas våra menyer. Ett kök som är öppet för både lokala och globala ingredienser. Vår passionerade kökschef hämtar influenser och idéer efter årstidens utbud” Trol. passion för halvfabrikat. Romantisk middag :(. Väntar ca 1 tim. på hamburgare. Ljuset på bordet tänds ej. Frukost: Brödet är i princip slut. Pålägg slut eller ytterst lite kvar. Några utmattade tomatskivor. Kokta ägg saknas. Bär till yoghurt serveras frysta!
