The rental can accommodate 2-5 people located 3 minutes from the beach of Roses (150 meters) and 5 minutes from the city center.

The apartment has one bedroom with 1 double bed 135 cm and 90 cm and there is also in the dining room 1 Italian sofa for 2 people.

Totally renewed bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a dining room.

Washing machine, electric hob, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and LED TV - SAT with all French DTT channels.

There is a supermarket, a bakery and a pharmacy at maximum 200 meters from the apartment.

Private parking included in the rent.
