Beautiful apartment completely renovated with capacity for four people.

It has two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and access to the terrace and another bedroom with two single beds.

Fully renovated kitchen, independent and equipped with every detail.

Spacious living-dining room with two different spaces from where you can contemplate the incredible views of the sea, the bay, the Pyrenees, the Trinity Castle and the beautiful town of Roses.

Terrace that goes around the entire apartment and a closed area on the terrace where you can enjoy the views all year round.

Perfect location, close to the beach, the town of Roses, with private parking and elevator. Air conditioning in all rooms and wifi.

It is truly a spectacular apartment in a beautiful area. A luxury for your holidays.

It is an apartment very well located. Close to the beach and the town walking. You can move by bicycle, car and on foot.

The price does NOT include sheets or towels. The client can rent them additionally for 16€/person.

Tourist tax not included. Tax of 1.00 € per day and person for those over 16 years old, with a maximum of 7 days.

Séjour très agréable

Appartement très bien situé en front de mer,immeuble très bien entretenu . La literie mériterait d’être renouvelée,les oreillers aussi. La machine à laver ne fonctionnait pas et donc très compliqué pour laver le linge d’une famille !!! Pas eu de réponse de la propriétaire à ce sujet( prévenue le premier jour) Ménage général à revoir, bonde de la baignoire bouchée …. Malgré ces inconvénients ,séjour très agréable.
