Beautiful fully renovated apartment equipped to accommodate up to four guests. It offers two bedrooms: one with a double bed and direct access to the terrace, and another with two single beds. The independent kitchen is modern and fully equipped.

The spacious living-dining room features two distinct areas from which you can enjoy impressive views of the sea, the bay, the Pyrenees, the Castillo de la Trinidad and the charming town of Roses.

The terrace surrounds the entire apartment and includes a closed area, perfect for enjoying the views throughout the year, regardless of the weather.

The location is ideal: close to the beach and the centre of Roses, with private parking, elevator, air conditioning in all rooms and Wi-Fi. It is truly a spectacular apartment in a beautiful area, designed to make the most of your holidays.

You can easily move around on foot, by bike or by car.

Conditions and extras

Séjour très agréable

Appartement très bien situé en front de mer,immeuble très bien entretenu . La literie mériterait d’être renouvelée,les oreillers aussi. La machine à laver ne fonctionnait pas et donc très compliqué pour laver le linge d’une famille !!! Pas eu de réponse de la propriétaire à ce sujet( prévenue le premier jour) Ménage général à revoir, bonde de la baignoire bouchée …. Malgré ces inconvénients ,séjour très agréable.
