Spread across 2 storeys, the property is part of a small residence of 13 houses, set in an elevated position on a slope with a south-west facing orientation. Guests benefit from access to a shared kidney-shaped swimming pool measuring 14 x 5 metres, with a depth ranging from 140 to 180 cm, available seasonally from 1 June to 30 September, with pool opening hours from 09:00 to 21:00. Please be aware that prior to arrival, it is obligatory to send via email the names, surnames, and ages of all occupants for pool control purposes. The property also provides Internet Wifi, ensuring guests remain connected throughout their stay.

This vacation rental accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal retreat for couples or small families. The main living area comprises a bright and welcoming living and dining room furnished with a dining table, offering direct access to a south and west facing terrace equipped with terrace furniture and a marvellous panoramic view of the sea. The open kitchen is connected to the living area via a hatch and is fully equipped for comfortable self-catering stays. On the lower ground floor, accessible by a ladder, you will find 1 bedroom with 1 French bed measuring 150 cm, accompanied by a shower and WC. The second bedroom is also located on this level and features 1 French bed measuring 150 cm, along with access to a balcony with south and west facing orientations. A second shower and WC serves this floor as well. A small terrace of 15 m2, also south and west facing, completes the outdoor spaces available on this level.
