Welcome to our holiday apartment with pool on the beautiful hill, just 2 km from the charming Canyelles Petites beach! Here we offer you a stunning panoramic view of the sea and the cove, which will leave you breathless. To fully enjoy this experience, it is essential to have a car. Plus, we offer WiFi so you can stay connected during your stay.



Our apartment designed for 4 people is located on the ground floor, next to the pool. This spacious corner apartment has a large sunny terrace that opens directly onto the pool. Here you will find:



A cozy living/dining room with a large window that opens to the terrace. It also has satellite TV with free channels in several languages for your entertainment.



A generous 20 m2 corner terrace with table and chairs, perfect for relaxing outdoors.



A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and a coffee maker.



A bedroom with a large 1.35m bed.

As for the outdoor facilities, it has a community pool open from June 1st to September 30th, in a quiet environment that invites you to relax and enjoy the sun. Remember that it is essential to have a car during your stay to explore the surroundings.



Its location in Rosas is ideal. We are on the Puig Rom hill, between Canyelles Petites and Roses.

Roses, a former fishing village converted into a cosmopolitan destination, retains its original charm. Here, you will find a long promenade lined with palm trees, cafes with terraces overlooking the sea, pedestrian streets with small shops and bars, and a busy fishing port that comes to life every night.



We are conveniently located 2 km from the sandy beach, 2 km from rocky coves, 2 km from the town, 2 km from the supermarket, 18 km from the "Figueres" train station and 60 km from the "Girona" airport. Our location is perfect for families and for those who want to be close to the sea.
