Welcome to the charming apartment in Roses for a relaxing holiday by the sea. With 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people, this accommodation offers comfort.

The apartment, with an area of 45 m², has been tastefully furnished and is fully equipped to satisfy all your needs. Enjoy the comfort of air conditioning on warm summer days. In addition, it is part of the prestigious Jardins complex, recognized for its beautiful swimming pools and garden areas, which offer a quiet and relaxing environment.

Relax and enjoy the fresh air on the 12 m² terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture. You will also have access to a parking space in the same residence for added convenience.

The apartment has all the modern amenities, including satellite television for additional entertainment during your stay.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils and a coffee maker to start each day with energy.

It is important to note that sheets and towels have an additional cost and are not included in the reservation price.

The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring the area. For water enthusiasts, the "AquaBrava" water park is just 5 km away and the famous town of Cadaques is 18 km away.

Roses is an important tourist center with modern hotels, beautiful beaches, two ports (fishing and sports). Some of its beaches have been awarded the Blue Flag, a symbol of the quality of its environment.

Logement inadapté à la location

Logement sale et encombré, difficile de circuler à l’intérieur. Il y a des fourmis de partout dans le logement et la cuisine… Nous sommes restés 4 jours au lieu d’une semaine malgres avoir payé 1100€… honteux de mettre à la location ce genre de logement pas du tout adapté à cela !
