Fantastic sea views

The description of the apartment is accurate. A clean apartment, cosy furnished and decorated, situated a quiet neighborhood. We most enjoyed the great view over the bay from the spacious balcony . You hear the weaves and smell the sea! The trees around the typical mediterranean garden offer a certain degree of privacy. In contrast to the large generous living room, the kitchen is rather small but adequately equipped for basic cooking. The large master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable kings size bed. The double window also provide a beautiful view on the sea. Our two adolescents were not crazy about the 2nd bedroom. The room is very small and the uncomfortable bunk beds not only taking up most space of the room, but also preventing to fully open the window. During the warm summer, it is preventing you from getting sufficient airflow for cooling the room overnight. While the sand beach is nearby, we preferred swimming between the rocks, directly behind the building. You don't need the car for basic things, just take the walkway to the beach, where you also find a local shop, bread. That walkway is following a route over the cliffs, so you have stairs and slopes on in several places. The municipal market in the center of roses at only 10 minutes by car, is offering good products at a fair price.

L'emplacement est parfait, l'immeuble est calme. Tout ce que nous recherchions. les stores sur la terrasse sont abimĂ©s et mĂ©riteraient d'ĂȘtre changĂ©s. La petite porte fenĂȘtre du salon est posĂ©e de travers et bouge lorsque le vent souffle. Nous avons prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© fermer le volet roulant pour Ă©viter tout incident. Enfin, l'Ă©quipement de la cuisine est un peu juste : pas d'essoreuse Ă  salade, la vaisselle est un peu disparate.

Nice property

Nice property in very good location. Nice restaurants near by. The property felt a little tired with a few things that brought my score down to a 4 One of the bathroom doors could not be closed at all. It has clearly been like that for sometime. Corded clothes dryer on the balcony needs replacing I would supply bath mats as the baths are very slippery when having a shower There is an electrical box (high up) that really should have a cover over it.

Bel emplacement mais prix prohibitif

Nous avons passĂ© un beau sĂ©jour de 2 semaines sur la Costa Brava. L'appartement est bien situĂ© avec le chemin de ronde qui mĂšne Ă  la plage de Canyelles petites en 5-10min Ă  pieds et Ă  Rosas en un peu plus d'1/2h. Avantage d'avoir un parking sur la rĂ©sidence. Concernant l'appartement celui-ci est spacieux mais serait Ă  remettre au goĂ»t du jour car un peu vĂ©tuste et un tarif quelque peu cher au vue de la prestation donnĂ©e sans mentionner que tout est en supplĂ©ment (chauffe eau qui fuit / cuisine et salles de bain vieillotes / stores sur la terrasse non fonctionnels mais jugĂ©s non nĂ©cessaires par l'agence lorsque signalĂ©s cassĂ©s / climatisation qui s'Ă©coule directement sur la terrasse qui est de fait tout le temps mouillĂ©e / chaĂźnes satellites absentes, etc..) Je ne recommanderai donc pas cette location avec un prix a 250€/nuit

Bel appartement mais avec une vue sur la mer gachĂ©e par la prĂ©sence d'arbres en bordure du chemin cotier. Quelques Ă©lĂ©ments Ă©taient dĂ©fectueux (un store sur terrasse HS, pas de table Ă  repasser, des prises de courant cassĂ©es, un aspirateur qui n'aspire rien). J'en ai fait part Ă  l'agence qui nous a aussitĂŽt dĂ©posĂ© une table Ă  repasser, fait rĂ©parer les prises de courant dĂ©fectueuses. Quant au store, 2 ouvriers sont intervenus le mĂȘme jour maisil fallait commander une piĂšce.

Belle vue !!!

TrÚs belle vue, Appartement spacieux, pratique avec les 2 salle de bains. Petir bémol sur l'équipement de l'appartement. Pas assez de couvert, l'aspirateur fonctionne peu, les balais et autres éléments pour le nettoyage sont à remplacer. Penser à demandé un autre jeu de clé. Pour que l'appartement soit parfais il manque quelque éléments de confort. Mais c'est les vacances et c'était bien !!!

Un appartement hyper confortable et une situation idéale.

Appartement d’un confort absolu avec une trĂšs grande terrasse face Ă  la mer et une place de stationnement indispensable en pĂ©riode estivale. Nous avons louĂ© celui-ci durant de semaine dĂ©but aoĂ»t, un moment oĂč il y a sans doute le plus de monde Ă  Roses, avec une circulation trĂšs difficile et pesante. L’avantage est justement que ce trĂšs bel appartement est situĂ© Ă  Canyelles Petites avec un accĂšs direct par le jardin au chemin de ronde et la mer par les rochers, Ă  la magnifique plage de Canyelles, quelques bars trĂšs sympas et deux petites supĂ©rettes (5 minutes Ă  pied), l’accĂšs par le GR au dĂ©but du Parc naturel du Cap de Creus... Cette position gĂ©ographique plus tranquille n’empĂȘche pour autant pas de profiter du centre de Roses et ses animations accessibles par le chemin de ronde, en dehors de la circulation, en longeant la mer et le port (20 minutes de marche trĂšs agrĂ©able). En rĂ©sumĂ©, pour nous les vacances idĂ©ales !

Ein wunderschönes, gut eingerichtetes Appartement in traumhafter Lage.

Das Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage direkt am Meer ist wunderschön. Inklusive Meeresrasuchen non stop. FĂŒr uns war es ein wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub, nicht zu Letzt wegen der schönen Unterkunft. Besonders erwĂ€hnenswert war die absolut perfekte Abwicklung von der Agentur vor Ort. Herr Barneda war ein Ă€ußerst kompetenter Ansprechpartner, der uns von Anfang an das GefĂŒhl gegeben hat gut aufgehoben zu sein. Auch bei zwei kleinen Problemen die wir hatten wurde sofort Hilfe geleistet. Wir kommen auf jedem Fall wieder.

A great week with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea

I spent a week at this nice flat in La Roses, and we really enjoyed ourselves. The flat is large and airy, and the view from the balcony was amazing. We all loved going to bed listening to the Mediterranean washing over the rocks. The best beach is definately the smaller one - turn left at the pathway outside the flat - with beautiful waters and only very limited souvenir shops.

Séjour trÚs agréable

Nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer la propriétaire mais nous avons retiré et remis les clefs à l'agence immobiliÚre de son mari. Que ce soit par mails ou en direct les échanges sont cordiaux, efficaces et dans un français impeccable. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le calme et la vue panoramique splendide du logement tout à fait conforme à la description et aux photos. Le chemin de ronde pour aller à la plage est agréable malgré les nombreuses marches. En résumé, une trÚs belle semaine.

Just wonderful!

WIr waren vom 01.4-22.04.2017 in diesem Apartement. Gepflegt,sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Herrliche Umgebung direkt am Meer und sehr freundliches Betreuungspersonal. Frau Jensen war sehr hilfsbereit und zuverlĂ€ssig,selbst fĂŒr verlorengegangenes GepĂ€ck hat sie sich eingesetzt. Auch ein erstmal streikender neuer Induktionsherd wurde sofort in Augenschein genommen und extra dafĂŒr Handwerker geschickt. Somit hat auch das Personal fĂŒr unseren schönsten Urlaub seit Langem in Urlaub mitgeholfen. Vielen,herzlichen Dank dafĂŒr!! Gerne nĂ€chstes Jahr wieder und grĂŒssen Sie bitte das wundervolle Roses und seine Umgebung von uns, nachdem wir uns schon wieder sehnen........ Andrea und Carolina SchĂ€fer
