We absolutely loved our stay! The host gave us a warm welcome. The home was spotless and fully equiped with everything we needed. The pool was a highlight - clean, private and perfect for relaxing. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet und war bei der Ankunft sauber. Für 4 Personen ist es ideal von der Grösse her, bei 5 Personen wird es ein bisschen eng am Esstisch, zudem muss die fünfte Person auf dem Sofa schlafen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin und der Verwalterin war von Anfang an sehr freundlich, herzlich und wertschätzend!Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die Möglichkeiten, sich im Garten vorne oder beim Pool aufzuhalten, sehr gemütlich und vom hinteren Sitzplatz aus hat man einen fantastischen Ausblick auf die Ausläufer der Pyrenäen! Der Preis ist zudem sehr fair!Besten Dank und alles Gute!

Perfekt!Wir waren bereits vor drei Jahren in diesem Haus zu Gast – und wurden auch diesmal nicht enttäuscht.Ausführliche Informationen zu unserem ersten Aufenthalt finden sich in unserer Bewertung vom August 2022.Dieses Mal ist uns besonders positiv aufgefallen, dass in das Haus investiert wird und es nicht nur vermietet wird:Das Badezimmer wurde komplett renoviert und neu ausgestattet (Waschbecken, moderner Spiegel und Regendusche). Auch die Innenräume wurden frisch renoviert, und in der Küche gibt es nun einen neuen Herd.Wir werden definitiv wieder Gäste in diesem Haus sein!

Heel leuke vakantie gehad, ideaal huisje. Zwembad groot genoeg voor 4 personen. Op 5 minuten van het strand (met de auto) en toch rustig gelegen. Voor onze kinderen was het een klein nadeel dat het een 2 persoonsbed was. Zij hadden liever 2 aparte bedden. Ook handig dat je vooraan in de schaduw kan zitten om te eten. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Zeer mooie goed ingerichte en onderhouden woning en privé zwembad met ruim ingerichte tuin en patio

zeer goed verlopen. Werkelijk instapklaar en proper. Zeer veel goed materiaal aanwezig. Zon en schaduw kan je vrij kiezen, overal zitruimte. Een prima ingerichte BBQ. In afzonderlijke berging tweede ruime frigo met groot diepvriesvak. Zeer goede wasmachine. Prachtige regio en vlot bereikbaar met de wagen. Afgesloten terrein met ruime parking voor de auto binnen het terrein. Niets op aan te merken. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Quartier résidentiel calme et très bien situé: juste 10 min en voiture du centre-ville de roses. Nous avons largement profiter de la terrasse et de la piscine sans vis-à-vis. La climatisation pour la nuit était la bienvenue. Accueil très agréable et prestation conforme à l'annonce. Aucune déception. Véritable petit ecrin pour des vacances réussies.

Een fijn en gezellig huisje met een misschien klein maar wel erg fijn zwembad. Het zwembad wordt goed schoon gehouden en heerlijk dat s’ middags er wat schaduw in de tuin en over het zwembad komt. Je kunt dan fijn buiten eten. Alles is aanwezig in het huis en de enige airco in de woonkamer houdt het hele huisje koel en dat is erg fijn. We hebben het heerlijk gehad en ook ons hondje vond het erg fijn. We hebben lekker kunnen wandelen met haar achter het huis. Echt een aanrader deze accommodatie!

Alles wie beschrieben. Hatten am 1. Abend nur kaltes Wasser. Ein Anruf und 1 Stunde später kam Luc und das Problem war erledigt. „Super“ So einen Service kann man sich nur wünschen. Wollten einen Tag früher (Samstags, 18:00 Uhr) abreisen und das Haus mit Schlüssel übergeben. Selbst das war überhaupt kein Problem. Vielen Dank , Sylvie. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus und schöner Umgebung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt unweit der Stadt Roses sehr genossen. Wir reisten mit zwei kleinen Hunden, die in dem eingezäunten Grundstück sicher waren und sich bei den Spaziergängen durch den direkt angrenzenden Olivenhain sehr wohl fühlten. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und es wurde nicht zu viel versprochen. Der Pool war, aufgrund der Jahreszeit, noch nicht angenehm genug temperiert um zu Baden - ausprobiert haben wir es trotzdem und auch der Pool ist okay.

Wunderbar !

Wir waren 2 Wochen in diesem Haus, 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und ein großer Hund. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet, wenn man es richtig macht kann man alle Räume klimatisieren. Mücken gehören für uns zum Urlaub dazu und wir waren darauf vorbereitet, war aber völlig im Rahmen und nur sehr wenig. In der Küche haben wir nichts vermisst, alles war da und funktionsfähig. Die Gegend kannten wir, einfach wunderbar, die Lage vom Haus ist meiner Meinung nach optimal für Hundehalter. Direkt hinter dem Haus erstreckt sich ein riesiges Gebiet zum Wandern oder nur für die schnelle Gassi Runde. 5min bis Roses, 10min bis Empuribrava, 10min bis zum Strand in Roses (ohne Parkplatzsuche) Der Pool war klasse und ist vom Restlichen Grundstück durch zwei Türen abgetrennt, da haut kein Hund ab. Für die Kinder gab es leider kein Deutsches TV, aber wir hatten einen Fire TV Stick dabei, dieser funktionierte mit dem vorhandenem WiFi einwandfrei. Freundlicher Einzug, auch der Auszug war problemlos und sehr nett Grüße an Sylvi. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder mieten.
