Beautiful, comfortable holiday development "Port Estrella". In the district of Santa Margarita 3.5 km from the centre of Roses, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 1.5 km from the sea. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (20 x 9 m, depth 50 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Supermarket 50 m, restaurant 200 m, bar 100 m, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach "Santa Margarita" 1.5 km, swimming bay 5 km. Sports harbour 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 15 km, tennis 2 km, minigolf 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Parque Acuático Aquabrava Roses 1.9 km, Skydive y túnel del viento Empuriabrava 6 km, Museo Dalí Figueres 19 km, Monasterio de Sant Pere de Rodes 20 km, Castillo y casino de Perelada 20 km, Cadaqués 16 km. Schönes Haus in netter Anlage

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Das Haus war modern eingerichtet, mit vier Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Schöne Terrasse. Gut für zwei Familien geeignet. In der Anlage war ein Geneinschaftspool.
