About 70 kilometers south of Venice, in the heart of Po Delta National Park, is Albarella Island, blessed with a large variety of natural resources; where man, animal and plants have learned to live in a blissful co-existence. This duplex apartment on the seashore promises an exclusive holiday experience. It has a private garden, an equipped patio with dining facilities and fences on all sides. From soundproofed rooms to BBQ, air-conditioning, free Internet, nearby parking, it is thoughtfully designed for a comfortable and entertaining stay.
 
Inside this child-friendly duplex apartment, there is a well-furnished living room. Its open-layout is divided into a sitting area with a sofa and a TV and a kitchen-diner for 4/6. The kitchenette has a dining table for 4/6, a dishwasher, oven, and a fridge with a freezer. There is a sofa bed suitable for 1 adult or 2 (small) kids.
 
As a part of the resort, guests have access to Centro Sportivo’s swimming pool park (4 pools), dedicated children’s play area, pool bar and amenities like sun umbrellas. One of the pools is Olympic size and has a diving board corner and underwater window. There is another pool with water fountains, sloping bottom, a children’s slide and nozzles with water jets. There is a dedicated team to assist the guests and organize activities such as water-gym lessons, children’s games etc. At the Centro Sportivo beach, guests can order from the Chiringuito kiosk which serves lunch, snacks, cocktails and refreshing long drinks. They can also play beach volleyball, tennis, soccer or cool off on one of the sunbeds and deckchairs. The residence is just a 5-minute drive from the Albarella Golf course and offers discounted rates for all our guests.

Bedroom 1: The bedroom with balcony access has a double bed and a wardrobe.
 
Bedroom 2: The bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe.
 
Bathrooms
 
There are two modern bathrooms in the apartment. Each one has a shower, a bidet and a WC.

- Pool dates: 9 May - 17 October
- Beach services are included from May 16th - September 6th from the third row on the Capo Nord beach only. This includes 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella from date of arrival until day before departure date.
- Bicycles are included from April 26 until closure.
- A tourist/city tax is to be paid upon arrival.
- An extra space for 1 adult (sofa) and 1 infant (under 3 years old) and cot are available only on request in advance, with the charges paid on-site. Extra adult €15/day, baby cot €35.00 per week.
- Situated next to the Capo Nord Hotel. The allocation is made on arrival.
- Pets (small/medium) are allowed only if booked immediately + against a charge of 10 €/day/pet (charges paid on-site.)

The island itself is full of surprises and amazing things to do. Poised to become the world’s first zero-carbon emission island, Arabella is a perfect destination for those who love nature and the sea a bit too much. The impressive natural diversity of the place is worth admiring. The enchanting Po Delta Park has a large variety of birds that can be observed from the two turrets located next to the Albarella Island golf course.
 
The adventure park is a perfect place to spend an exciting day with friends and family. For outdoor enthusiasts, there is a golf course at about 2 kilometers, horse riding opportunities, boat trips to get a better insight into the island and many more such things. There are three restaurants at the resort. The island is known for serving delicious Venetian cuisine and wine.
 
From relaxing at the beach to enjoying watersports, the island makes for an incredible vacation by the Adriatic Sea. The nearest airport is about 70 kilometers away.
