This beautifully renovated apartment, just 450 m from the beach, offers a peaceful and comfortable stay on the top floor of a building with an elevator. It features a bright living area with a sofa, two bedrooms (one double and one with twin beds), and a modern bathroom with a washing machine. The large terrace overlooks a pine forest, ideal for relaxing or dining outdoors, plus one private courtyard parking and access to the residence’s swimming pool just a short walk away.
