"Lovely hotel in the heart of town with lots of free parking out back. Quick checkin and good size, clean, warm rooms with everything you could need. It’s attached to Fitz’s pub for breakfast, dinner and wonderful live local music. Everything is walkable and the locals are beautiful. "

"Very helpful staff in both the hotel and restaurant, and we loved the room! Also, even though we weren't traveling with a dog, the warm welcome to dogs was wonderful."

"This property is above their cafe and my room 5 was directly above the ventilation fans - so you hear them loudly throughout your stay (no mention when booking of “bring earplugs”)
Despite being mid December, the radiator in my room was not producing heat - perhaps the staff wear outdoor coats when ‘preparing’ the room.
The bathroom taps produce only cold water. The shower could provide warm water (hurrah) but this steamed up the bathroom as it doesnt have an extractor fan - you cannot open the...

"Please add everything we need including a washer dryer, which was awesome because we are on a long road trip. Beautiful property and building very spacious, three bedrooms was super nice.
We would stay here again if we were in the area."

"I have stayed in this lovely hostel on and off since it first opened years ago. In fact, I used to enjoy having the female dorm to myself in the beginning until it was well known. Always a great, warm, friendly experience and very fond memories of the staff back then. It still remains the same and I enjoyed a one night stay here before heading on to Connemara. Best wishes to all the staff for a very happy Christmas and New Year 2026! Looking forward to visiting again at some stage in 2026. "
"Had a wonderful stay at the Connemara coast hotel to celebrate our anniversary. Room was lovely and staff all friendly.
We booked a table for dinner in the restaurant and it did not disappoint! Restaurant staff were absolutely fabulous! So helpful, kind and polite! Restaurant manager very friendly and kind and our server (I think his name was Evan) was just the best! Service was exceptional! Couldn’t fault anything! Literally our only complaint is that you can’t leave a tip when paying via card and we never carry cash anymore so we were disappointed that we couldn’t tip for the exceptional service! But a huge thank you to our server who made our anniversary meal so wonderful and memorable! "

There is no way that this room is acceptable to be rented out, and to charge as much as they do is disgusting"

"We had an excellent stay at Shoreline Apartments in Galway. The location is unbeatable right by the water, within walking distance pubs, shops, restaurants.. all are in a walking distance. Open the balcony to the view of the river each morning was truly beautiful and made our stay feel extra special.
The apartment was clean, modern, and spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy, the heating worked perfectly for the chilly weather, and the kitchen had all the essentials for quick breakfasts and snacks. Parking was convenient, and check-in was smooth and automated and well-communicated.
What stood out most was how peaceful the place felt even though it's so close to everything. After long days exploring Galway, it was the perfect place to unwind.
I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Galway, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located apartment with great views"
