「We had a lovely stay at the ocean sands hotel. We're a family of five and the kids really enjoy they're stay, we only stayed one night but would of loved to stay longer. Location is gorgeous, hotel is right next to the beach so excellent for little ones. Had dinner in the restaurant which was stunning, prices were great for the quality of food we were served. My only negative is that our room was fairly cold when we arrived but it warmed up quick enough once we put on the heaters. Lovely hotel...

「Nice size room for a family right in town. Being right above the bar with live music until 11:30pm wasnt good with kids. Didnt get much sleep - no prior indication during booking process or during check-in was provided unfortunately. Breakfast included was good.」

「This house was ideal for us to stay in County Mayo as a base to explore the area. It is just 10 mins from the Town of Ballina and only a short drive to the coast. The cottage contained most things we needed and instructions from the property manager we’re clear and accurate. It was great to be able to self cater as if at home. Downpatrick Head was great to see & we even drove to the Giant’s Causeway while we were in the area. Sheila’s house was a nice place to rest and relax. We loved attending church in nearby Screen. 「Perfect for both of us to get away for a week over New Year with our two dogs. Weather as expected - challenging but good to get back from our long beach walks and enjoy a hot shower. Beach bar a short walk. Good atmosphere and tasty food. Shop for top-up provisions a short drive away. Annex well appointed and comfortable.」

「We were expecting the unrivaled scenery of Ireland. But to be able explore from a cozy remodeled police station was icing on the cake. Every room was clean and well stocked right down to the wood and coal for the fireplace. The hostess was warm and so helpful. We felt like we had known her forever. 「We had a hugely enjoyable three night stay over New Year - family of six adults and two children. House was spacious, warm and very comfortable. Location is further from the magnificent Beach Bar than indicated on the site - about a 10-min walk or the same drive - but not really a problem especially not on good weather - but otherwise a splendid, quiet and remote haven.
