「Place is falling apart, rooms are dirty, didn't even have a shower curtain in the room we stayed in. Went to the pool, had to go find someone to get pool towels as there was none in the pool area. Hot tub was as cold as the pool water. Super disappointing and none of the staff cared about any of the issues.」

「good location, but it really needs some money put into it! The mattress was the worse thing i’ve EVER slept on, you’ll never fall out of bed cause you just keep rolling back into the middle!! you have to go into the pub to find the front desk person! The whole place smells like wet dog and kitty litter!」

「The room was clean enough, the hot water was either extremely hot or only warm ish. Our tub also did not plug. The staff wasn’t very cheery, and when we went to check out there wasn’t anyone there. Fine enough for a run of the mill hotel. Also the restaurant hours aren’t great, I wouldn’t plan to eat there」

「We stay here every year. It’s so clean and the staff are amazing! It’s the perfect spot for families with kids. There’s a heated pool, it’s a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 5 min walk to Kool Treats! Everything you need in one convenient location!」
