A beautiful apartment close to the beach

A beautiful apartment, accurately described that was close to everything in Warnemunde. We did not need a car and were able to walk everywhere and use the train to get back and forth to Rostock proper. Close to grocery store and all types of food - especially fish! Despite not speaking German we were able to communicate with the owner through our friend and the owner's daughter. Loved it!

Ankommen und Wohlfühlen

Die Wohnung und die Gastwirte sind einfach Spitze. Die Nähe zum Strand tat ihr übriges. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Warnemünde ohne Auto

Kurzurlaub mit Sonnenterrasse fürs Frühstück, kurze Wege zum Strand oder Einkaufen. Durch das Kleinkunstfestival gab es Stände auf der Strandpromenade. Ruhige Ferienwohnung nett eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht.

Ruheoase im Herzen von Warnemünde

Von außen besticht diese Wohnung durch ihren blumigen Balkon, der eine behagliche und liebevolle Atmosphäre verspricht - und dieses Versprechen wird bis ins kleinste Detail eingehalten: gemütlich und zweckmäßig zugleich, sehr bequeme Betten und Sitzgelegenheiten, Waschmaschine, Trockner und alles, was einem den Start in den Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich macht - zudem noch eine ausgesprochen herzliche Vermieterin. Die Lage ist zentral im Herzen von Warnemünde und dennoch angenehm ruhig. Wir kommen wieder 😀

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Genau wie beschrieben. Da in unserem Buchungszeitraum eine Baustelle direkt in der Nebenstraße gewesen ist, war es bei Zeiten recht laut. Ansonsten kann ich mich nur positiv äußern.

Warnemünde tut immer wieder gut

Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub in Warnemünde sehr genossen. Ein wenig fehlte uns in der Unterkunft die Privatsphäre beim Nutzen der Terrasse/Balkon, da direkt die Terrasse der Vermieter angrenzt. Dortige Gäste und laut gestellte Telefonate musste/müsste man quasi miterleben. An unseren 4 Tagen/möchten war es an jeden Abend so. Das hat uns nicht gefallen. Sehr gut fanden wir die geschmackvoll und mit bliebe zum Detail eingerichteten Zimmer.

Sehr schöne und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die zentrale Lage mit kurzen Wegen zum Strand und zum Zentrum entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen. Super FeWo, nett eingerichtet mit allem was man benötigt. Fr. Büchert hat uns nett empfangen und gute Tipps gegeben. Terrasse für Frühstück optimal, wie schon von anderen Nutzern gewünscht, wäre es mit einem Sonnenschirm perfekt.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Das Objekt entspricht den Fotos und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in einem abgeschlossenen Gang abstellen. Uns fehlte für morgens lediglich ein Sonnenschirm für die Terrasse. Da wir nur 3 Tage da waren, haben wir aber auch nicht nach einem gefragt. Vielleicht wäre sogar einer da gewesen... Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Erholsame Tage in Warnemünde

Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Appartement bietet alles was unser Herz begehrte, es war alles sehr wohnlich und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Nähe zum Strand und zu diversen Café und Restaurants hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Sehr empfehlenswert für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Frau Büchert ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Die Ferienwohnung ist komplett und qualitativ sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr schöne helle, nett eingerichtete und zentral gelegene Wohnung. Alles ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.
