Residenz mit kleinen Mängeln

Einfache Ausstattung und teilweise abgewohnte Immobilie. Die Lage der Immobilie ist nahe des Marktplatzes, daher ist hier mit teilweise ordentlicher Geräuschkulisse zu rechnen. Der Preis für diese Ferienwohnung ist aus meiner Sicht nicht gerechtfertigt. Dennoch ist die Lage zentral und der Strand und auch der Hafen gut zu erreichen.

Tolle stylische Wohnung mitten drin

Ein sehr schönes Appartment mitten in der interessanten Zone des Ortes. Alle wichtigen Ziele waren schnell erreicht. Nach Empfehlung des Gastgebers haben wir auch ein sehr gutes Restaurant für das Abendessen gefunden. Das Appartment selbst ist sehr schön, sowohl von der Aufteilung als auch von der Ausstattung. Geradezu stylisch das fast komplette Design in weiß. Selbst das durchwachsene Wetter konnte unsere Begeisterung nicht schmälern. Dafür kann der Vermieter eh nichts :-) Kleine Anmerkung: Sind nicht Rauchmelder inwischen Pflicht? Ansonsten waren wir schlichtweg begeistert.

Zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit

Unser Auftenthalt in der Residenz 2 - Residenzen am Kirchenplatz ließ keine Wünsche offen - wir haben Warnemünde im Februar bei strahlendem Sonnenschein erlebt. Die Wohnung ist einfach wunderschön und sehr gepflegt; genauso schön ist der Blick auf die Kirche und den Kirchenplatz, die nähere Umgebung und Warnemünde sowieso. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und aufmerksam-hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank dafür!

Saubere, sehr stylische Wohnung, die super zentral liegt.

Ein Traum in weiß gehalten, alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in einer Ferienwohnung braucht ist enthalten: inkl. Föhn oder Eierpickser 😉 Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar, da im Haus wohnend. Super zentral gehalten, zum Alten Strom 3 Minuten, ein Edeka um die Ecke, für das Sonntagsfrühstück gibt es tolle Brötchen in der „Bäckerei Junge“. Jederzeit wieder werde ich eine Residenz mieten. Vollkommen zufrieden !!!
