This residence is elegantly designed and furnished. The furniture is high quality and exclusive. The spacious bathroom has a bath and a shower. There is also a separate toilet. One bedroom is soundproofed, the kitchen has been equipped with the most modern appliances and from the terrace you have a wonderful view of the church square and the mill street. The holiday residence is ideal for max. 4 people. The living room is equipped with cable TV, flat screen, CD player, sound system and a comfortable and elegant seating area and has a high quality dining table for 4 people. There are two separate bedrooms that are separated by the open kitchen. In the bedrooms there is a double bed, flat screen with USB port and DC function. The apartment is a Non smoking apartment and suitable for allergy sufferers.

The apartments in Warnemünde are true residences. They lie in the church square, the heart of the old town. The house is renovated and the residences are tastefully designed with an attention to detail.    From there they walked quickly through the Warnemuender Kurpark promenade or the beach of the Baltic Sea. To promenade along the Alter Strom of Warnemünde is also just a few minutes walk. Directly on the church square and in the side streets there are wonderful cafes where you can make breakfast. And the restaurants Alter Strom offer from fish to Bohemian dumplings a wide variety of dishes.   Parking can be booked prior to arrival at the landlord at least 1 week. The parking fee is z.
