"Arrived on the biggest festival day of the year but staff was great and helped us navigate the crazy parking situation as the city gates were closed making their normal lot unavailable. Room was small as expected but perfectly located near everything. Breakfast was very good and lots of room for the packed house. Ate at the hotel restaurant which was very good as well. Lots of special touches with soaps, shampoos and makeup remover pads. The room did not come with a tea kettle, but we just got a carafe of hot water from the lobby. The staff was always great and helpful. Just beware that there is stairs in this hotel, but they do offer a small elevator. We really enjoyed the place and just wished we were able to stay longer. "
