Hotel room was shocking. Hand prints on the wall and sweat marks where peopls heads have been when laying on ths bed. Dirts was engrained into the carpet. I was considering leaving and looking for another hotel but as i was staying for one night i decided to stay. I will not stay at the rothwell ...

A beautiful property, clean, well-equipped and spacious in extensive dog-safe grounds. It is finished to a hi spec throughout and the rooms are all comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the pool and sauna.
