“Was soll ich schreiben? Alles was aus den voran gegangenen Bewertungen geschildert wird, kann ich nur bestädigen. Wir waren 4 Wochen bei Massimilano und planen nächstes Jahr 8 Wochen bei ihm zu verbringen. Unsere beiden Hunde haben den Aufenthalt auch sehr genossen.”

“We had a nice holiday. The house was clean, had a nice view, a lovely terras and a beautiful garden. Restaurants are in the neighbourhood. You can reach the village on foot within ten minutes, there we had a nice dinner at restaurant De Peppe. Also the small beach was nearby.”

“ein sehr schönes Haus, das zuvor eine Familie genutzt hat, die wohl gerne Gestgeber war: es gibt hunderte von Tellern, Gläsern, Pfannen und Töpfen, einen tollen Grill und sogar einen Pizzaofen, eine riesige beschattete Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick und vielen Sitzplätzen... wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus und können es nur weiter empfehlen. Einziger Nachteil: Der Weg zum Wasser ist ein bisschen weit und steil, man muss dann doch mit dem Auto zu den umliegenden Stränden fahren, die aber……

“Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questo delizioso appartamento ,provvisto di terrazzo con vista bellissima sulla Baia del Carpino da dove assistere a dei meravigliosi tramonti l.La spiaggia sottostante l'appartamento dista circa 500 metri un po' impegnativa ma quando si arriva giù alla Baia del Carpino si viene ripagati da questa spiaggia meravigliosa .La casa è in un punto strategico per visitare tutte le spiagge circostanti da San Nicola Arcella a Praia a Mare ,Maratea ,a Scalea ,……

“Very beautiful and well equipped house with wonderful garden and spectacular view - perfect stay! Stefania gave us a lot of useful tips and suggesrions for beaches and restaurants near by and was always ready to help. The access to the house was a bit rough, but we fot used to it at the end. Lots of little secluded beaches with pebbles to discover. Highly recommended. Thank you Stefania for a wonderful vacation!”

“Die Lage des Hotels zu Scalea und dem Strand ist super. Über das Hotelgelände kommt man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten an den Strand. Schirm und liegen sind im Preis inbegriffen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Das Zimmer war geräumig mit genügend Stauraum für Kleidung. Das Bad klein, aber ausreichend mit etwas größerer Dusche. Das Frühstück war leider unterdurchschnittlich und nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Der Frühstücksraum ist Richtung Meer mit viel Glasfront. Die kann jedoch nicht geöffnet……
