Great pool area

The house had a nice layout for family use. The living room had lots of seating and space.Kitchen supplies were okay, but short on silverware. Just enough paper products to get us started. Beds could use updated mattresses and pillows. The bedding and towels were quite nice. The pool area was the highlight!

Wonderful for the 2nd Time

Absolutely love this property. 2nd time there. Quiet neighborhood, secluded, well equipped, beds very comfortable and the layout of the house works really, really well. Super clean!! I would be amiss if I didn't mention Mike (the owner). He is truly the definition of a "Premier" host. I have had other experiences with "Premier" hosts and not that they were bad, but he is truly the most good-natured/personable of all (not related to him). Thanks Mike, Jan

Excellent property

We stayed here for a week in June. The property is very clean, beautifully furnished, and is in great condition. Manager Mike is super responsive, and helped us through some of the initial issues promptly. We loved the pool and the hot tub. This is the tenth VRBO property we have rented so far, and is probably the best one.

Wonderful Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Place in the Sun. The home met all our needs as we wanted to have space to distance and loved the privacy of the setting. The spa and pool were wonderful as was the outdoor space to relax in. The kitchen was very well stocked and it was very clean. Thanks for sharing this with us.

Great remote private location

Spacious home in quiet neighborhood Took day trips to several beaches chairs and cooler were provided however things could use some updating. Overall a very nice place.

Great location, could do with a few upgrades

Overall our 3 week stay was very nice, pool was one of the warmest we have encountered. Generally the villa was comfortable, it is showing signs of age and a few upgrades wouldn't go amiss - during our stay 2 of the 4 loungers were broken and neither were fixed, sliding doors need attention and this we were told is happening soon. TV seemed to be problematic at times and mirror and shower control in main bathroom looking tired/need permanent upgrade. The main draw was the location and peaceful surroundings, the beds were very comfortable and the aircon was just right. We would like to return again at some point hoping the above negatives would be rectified in the near future.

Great stay!

Great property - very clean and tidy. Great pool area and in a tucked away portion of Rotunda West. Can't say enough good about Mike and Madelyn. Check in and out was seamless. Would stay again!
