6人公寓有2間臥室、1衛浴、1廁所、客廳(1張單人床)和廚房，客廳寬敞，廚房和浴室設備/備品齊全，環境乾淨且安靜。check in時男屋主提供2瓶鮮奶，並熱心導覽公共設施(溫水泳池、熱按摩池、溫泉泡湯池、付費洗衣&烘衣)。煮飯前和櫃台確認廚房提供的是洗碗精還是油時，櫃檯告知是洗碗精外，還貼心主動詢問是否需要油。整體設備和服務態度都優於預期，非常推薦家庭出遊帶上泳衣入住!

這間酒店我覺得都不錯，但裝修有點陳舊，沒有電梯，住到最高要搬行李上去。 設施有兩個小温泉，我無用過。 距離市中心也不太遠。

地點適中，可以再入住
酒店位置尚算方便，只要行5-8分鐘就到i-Site和巴士站。往湖邊影日出也很方便，湖邊風景很美。步行往超市有點遠，要15-20分鐘。附近有食街，我們很夜才到達都可以找到地方食嘢。房間可能很久冇人住和屋背後有一雜物堆積，有點味道和有嘢咬。希望可以勤清潔清除味道。總結都值得再入住。

房間內太焗空氣不流通，若開窗就會有很多昆蟲及蚊子進入，建議安裝紗窗。
所有房間都太焗熱，房間內提供了風扇，但插蘇位不多而且沒有延長線，好難有涼快的效果，若然開窗就會有大量蚊子及昆蟲進入，所以希望酒店日後會安裝紗窗改善空氣流通問題。

With housekeeping, With oven is good for cooking, The location is good and convenience. There are 3 pools but seems only one onside pool is fair, the one location inside look not clean, another one is too small like just suit for fish only. Overall is good .

精緻舒適
房間境觀優美, 設施齊全. 地面設有露天按摩浴池, 及室內溫泉水池. 也有洗衣乾衣機可供使用. 麻雀雖少, 五臟俱全. 唯獨付款時老闆娘堅持沒有收取Expedia款項, 我們必須即時再付款. Expedia和酒店溝通非常不足, 有待改善!

非常棒的温泉酒店
离i-site和湖边都比较近，设施齐全，但是最边上的房间卫生间比较小，厨房离床太近，房型更合理的是旁边的几间房间，温泉非常值得体验，池子通风，温泉水很好。

Firstly the associate who checked us in was courteous and professional. He was able to arrange for an early check in which we really appreciated. However we could not over look the dirty room,outdoor areas and the pools. As we had chosen this hotel to experience the thermal pool, we just couldn't use it as it was not clean. I would like to caution other guests that the photos are not accurate and if you want to experience thermal pools you may want to consider going elsewhere. In closing the motel is in a great location and easy walking distance to restaurants and attractions in Rotorua.

The staff were lovely and upgraded our room. The motel is obviously undergoing maintenance which is needed. But we enjoyed the location (walking distance to the lake front and eat street) and the spacious 2 bedroom unit with plenty of space to store bikes.

WE arrived at 8 pm and the pool, hot tubs and washing machine all closed at 9 pm. The washing machine did not spin our laundry so we ended up having to go to a laundromat. The room was fairly clean but the area near the laundry was not and the hot tubs did not look very clean. There was a guest drying rack and I would not have put cleans clothes there ti dry. There was scaffolding up so it looks like they may be making some improvements.
