This motel seriously needs a makeover.

One of the worst and overpriced motel, very old and smelled really bad when we checked it. This motel seriously needs a makeover. 1) There is one room, the kitchen and the living room are upstairs, the bathroom and the other room are downstairs, and the air conditioner is upstairs and doesn't work on the downstairs room. Creaking floorboards from room above kept me awake. Sink bench upstairs is high and microwave is located quite high on top too. Old shower box and the bottom of the box and door is so soft and dirty as if it would break anytime. 2) Particularly unsatisfactory were the spoons and forks in the kitchen drawer, which contained several hairs and crumbs. There was also a layer of dust on top of the table in the room. It's disgusting that there's used toilet paper on the floor next to the toilet. 3) The sheets on the bed seemed to have been changed, but there was a long hair and cotton batting. After we made our comments, the manager changed the sheets for us. Sadly, he took pictures of hair and cookie crumbs in the kitchen drawer and didn't clean them off. In my opinion, what needs to be transformed is not only the hotel facilities, but also the management philosophy and service consciousness of the operators. I wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone else.

Not a good experience

Stayed here for 2 nights. Room (incl carpet, sofa were not so clean) my daughter is pretty allergic to the dust mites, during our stay, her face, legs and arms were kind of itchy and got rashes all her body! And almost no wifi connection from our room.

Friendly reception and good location, but the room was very dated and smelt old as well. Bed was uncomfortable - couldn't sleep well. Parking was so narrow - if you've got a big car, most people will have problem with parking. I'm not going back to this motel.

Clean and tidy rooms. Standard wear and aging of a motel. Our young kids loved the stairs in the two bedroom suite. Staff were wonderful, with good communication prior to our arrival. Note for parents with young kids: We, personally, weren’t comfortable to put them in the room downstairs, as it put them between us and the entrance/exit, so we manoeuvred one of the mattresses into the upstairs bedroom and all managed to sleep there. We were able to sleep four of us up there (with one more bed available downstairs). We enjoyed our stay.

Good location

The motel was in a good location. Quiet area. Nice to have Netflix access. Parking is tight. Cleanliness wasn't the best in the bathroom. Stairs and upstairs floor was very squeaky and creaky. No sound proofing between units so you can hear your neighbors.

The shower glass wasn’t clean. The water is blocked in the shower. The water is not hot enough. I can see the room isn’t well maintained. While it is clean, the wear and tear made me feel it is not as clean. Also, not enough carpark as well. The only good side is the spacious area. You get two bedroom for this price. And also Netflix to watch.

We loved our stay at Brylin, super quiet, comfy beds and perfect for a two bedroom apartment. An extra mirror upstairs would be helpful but overall a great place to stay. Location excellent for our needs, staff helpful. Is a two storey apartment so be mindful if you don't like stairs. Can recommend for sure. Very affordable.

We had a fantastic stay at Brylin Motel over the weekend. The location was close to everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and clean. Great large bathroom. Apartment was nice and clean , beds were comfortable and staff are very friendly .Spa bath is great … Noticed a bit of mold where the sky light is in the main bedroom and didn’t really like the parking situation as it’s very tight … Overall lovely and convenient to city centre ..
