Great location and value. Walkable to town and good, convenient parking. Building is a bit tired, as are the rooms, but staff is great and nice to have a variety of room types available. Would stay again.

Excellent location and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff proactively offered to sign me up for the hotel’s membership programme and explained that members can enjoy dining discounts as well as discounts at the Polynesian Spa across the road. However, they didn’t mention that membership also includes a late check-out option, extending check-out from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. This was actually the most useful benefit for me, so I would have appreciated knowing about it during check-in. That said, the hotel is still a very worthwhile choice, especially given its excellent location and overall convenience.

Sudima - Rotorua was a nice stay. Staff were all lovely, check-in was easy, the staff in the breakfast room were friendly and helpful and the cleaning staff were super friendly. The amenities in the room could have been better but we only stayed one night so it was ok. Good value stay and very centrally located.
