Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es zu hören. Wenn vier Personen in der Wohnung sind kann die Klimaanlage nicht laufen das es im Wohnzimmer zu kalt wäre. Ansonsten eine schöne Wohnung in guter Lage, sehr ruhig gelegen."
