Très bien situé mais prestation limite
odeur d’égout dans la SDB
banquette abîmé
terrasse sale
peu de vaisselle pas de bol et presque rien pour cuisiner. Pas de casserole assez grande pour faire des pâtes pour 3 par exemple.
Sinon emplacement idéal !

Emplacement idéal mais prestation moyenne
Appartement vraiment bien situé mais difficulté au moment de l’arrivée pas de code pas d’accès … finalement j’ai réussi à joindre la conciergerie.Tout est bien qui finit bien.J’ai passé un bon séjour mais pas de vaisselle, deux casseroles sans téflon et presque rien pour le petit déjeuner. Terrasse très sale et salle de bain qui sent les égouts.La banquette a des trous de cigarette.En dehors de ça on était ravis mais si vous cherchez un appartement niquel passez votre chemin.
