"The hotel is ideally located, walkable to the historic attractions, restaurants and bars, and to the railway station. The rooms were clean, with comfortable beds and quality bed-linen and towels. The friendly staff advised on places to visit. I enjoyed my two night stay."

"Great location right near Rouen cathedral"

"Room felt small and cramped. On the plus side, it was very clean and modern. Comfortable bed, great shower and hairdryer. Small lift for your luggage and breakfast area was also cramped but the food/drink options were good. We did not receive the wine bottle that we we were entitled too (VIP status)"

"Lovely hotel room with a large, comfy bed and large bathroom. Lots of space for luggage etc (although they did put us in the disabled room). Handy that there was lots of hotel parking and its less than 10 mins to the Tram station. Big breakfast selection, very useful hotel."

"This was a brilliant place to stay. The hostess (coffee queen) could not be more helpful and worked hard to make the stay a pleasure. Location is great being in the old city - easy walking distance to nearly everything. I would enjoy returning....."
