不滿：整潔度
Our first issue happen when we arrived when no one turned the ac units on. It was around 6pm when we arrived and it was so hot outside which meant it was even hotter inside. We decided to try to crank down the units (there’s no central ac or heat) and let it cool down when we went to dinner. I messaged the manager and she acted like it wasn’t a big deal and told us to keep the door closed. (Duh). We returned 2 hours later to it not much cooler. The ladder to the loft is very old and un sturdy, it wasn’t even attached to the wall. It was very unsafe to climb on. There was about a foot of a gap when we climbed up the ladder that you could just fall backwards down if you weren’t careful. On the carpet in the loft were nasty stains on the carpet what looked like rodent droppings. The king bed about came off the floor because the frame was so bad when someone would sit on different ends of the bed. The light in the kitchen didn’t work at night. The WiFi didn’t hardly work at all. The tv was basically an old computer screen that was so tiny. Not that we are there to watch tv but it still would’ve been nice. There was a chair to sit on and when you sat on it, it seemed as if you were going to fall through it. Ultimately we decided not to stay because it just wasn’t safe to go up to the loft area and it was way too hot to sleep. This place was not acceptable by any means.
