「Staff was neither friendly nor helpful. They were a bit short tempered and I was really nervous about talking to them about anything. People at the bar didn’t even ask what we wanted even after being sat there for 10 min and the bar wasn’t even busy. Room wasn’t spacious and they didn’t do the room service in any of the three days we stayed there (even after we requested it once). The breakfast wasn’t complementary so I had to pay for it to get it included for our stay.」

「Clean and no issues, just the location is a bit out of the way and the property is aging a bit. People are friendly and breakfast buffet is good too.」

「Beautiful castle hotel, great lounge areas and restaurants. The garden seems under construction but was available to sit outside for a drink. Very comfortable beds and fairly spacious rooms」

「Hotel stupendo, nuovissimo e super moderno. Molto pulito e ben gestito, colazione classica continentale. Receptionist molto cordiali anche quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di chiamare il taxi per andare in aeroporto. La posizione è leggermente decentrata perché sono circa 30 minuti dal centro a piedi ma comunque per chi non ha problemi a camminare è in una zona comunque molto carina.」
